Great array of furniture and goods that deserve another life, at an affordable price point! If you have an eligible ID from one of the included schools, much recommended, even if only to peruse their wares.

Unless you're a University student, "forget about it". You can't get in the door.

kind of d*** how they restrict use to folks affiliated with the most exclusive universities in the area. I guess they don't want other folks' money? or they aren't interested in branching out to regional schools which are deemed beneath them? idk

The MIT furniture, exchange, is only available to college students, from certain local universities. I, was online, looking for affordable furniture, for a new section 8 apartment. To my chagrin, the MIT furniture, exchange, is exclusive, and I don't qualify to purchase, the high-quality goods, they have for sale, there. Bayo

We didn’t find a lot of things to buy for our new apartment but some small items were perfect for us and they were more than half price if we have bought them brand new! Go support their cause!

An exclusive used homeware boutique devoid of IKEA (gag) and only accessible to the local cognoscenti. A bunch of giga-nerds threatened to perform threatening equations with their graphing calculators if I didn't leave after they saw I was in possession of a lowly, sad, pathetic NU student ID. I am upset that I can't buy a chair some STEM genius ripped so much a** in that the space-time continuum was disrupted in another dimension. At least keeping out the rabble means there's more totally gross secondhand IKEA furniture for us degenerate poors of Boston to wallow in, right guys?

BE AWARE posted hours are wrong. Walked quite a ways to get here but they're only open FIRST Saturday of the month? Maybe?? Google shows open all Saturdays and the large signage says they're open all Saturdays after 8/14, but 8/18 at noon, nobody's here. No idea what the place is like yet since it wasn't open.
