This past weekend, I had a very negative experience at this MetroPCS store. I purchased a new phone, which I wanted to keep sealed to give as a gift. I repeatedly asked that agent to not open it. She was not very competent and open the box despite my wishes. This felt very forced. She also kept insisting in more expensive add-ons, accessories, services, and other products which I did not want. Later, I discovered that she had signed me for an insurance plan that I did not request and had to make multiple calls to MetroPCS to cancel it. She also signed me up for an expensive plans without letting me know the options for less expensive plans that suited my needs better. She was very dishonest. Another agent at the store also made some rude comments to me. The CSR ID of the incompetent and dishonest agent is P13258333. Overall this was a very negative experience and I will be cancelling the service with this terrible company.

This is the worse phone company. No service on a daily basis. Poor quality and that’s when it works. The only thing decent is the folks who work at this location. I feel for them!!

I did my research beforehand, knew exactly what I wanted. The people working there put me on a cheaper plan, saying it was a discount from the plan I wanted. I’m the end it was just the cheaper plan without any of the features I needed. I spent the afternoon on the 800 number trying to figure out why nothing was working. Then 4 hours later I was told I had been lied to and had to upgrade. It made no sense and wasted my time.Update: the corporate office reached out and fixed most of the problems that the local store caused.

That company lacks serious people and the ability to know how to solve simple problems like buying a phone and it turns out bad and being able to honor the warranty. I have been trying to get my phone replaced for fifteen days and I haven't been able to solve it. They always have an excuse, poor people and what a bad company.....

My phone voice recorder stopped working so that when you were trying to talk to someone they could not hear me but I could hear them. I went to another store and no one could fix it or help other than get a new phone. Granted my phone is older and should really be replaced. I was assisted here by a young man named Malik. I explained the situation and right off the bat he suggested that I use my headphones since they would have a voice recorder built right in. Sure enough when I got home I tried this and it worked! He was genuinely nice, thoughtful and did not push a new phone on me. As soon as I get my taxes done I will be going to see him for a new phone! Shows you that there are good people out there who still care!

On the morning of 1.24.2022 I woke up to " No Service" on my ph in which I was not able to make/receive any calls or text. I called customer service and spoke with an intern. rep that not only locked my account through my security questions but hung up on me. After speaking with 2 addl intern reps whom confirmed my account was locked by the previous rep advised that they could not help and suggested I go to a Metro Store to get my phone fixed. I went to a FL store in FL and spoke with a store clerk who again confirmed my account was locked and unfixable after she did every trouble shooting option possible. She advised they were going to need 48 hours to investigate the problem and that customer service would not bill me for this months phone bill but they have yet to refund/credit my account. With no communication back after 2 days of waiting, on 1.27.22 I went to my nearest Metro store in MA spending another 2 hours with 2 reps who still could not fix my phone. He placed a claim that would result in the same outcome and no fix. I addressed an increase of debits to my account and he advised he could not help but that I would need to call Metro billing to ask for a refund. After spending over an hour on the phone trying to get through billing, they refused to speak with me because I could not authenticate my identity through a text from thier broken phone/ Service. They refused to accept any other means of verification on their broken system! Timeline: Mon. 1.24.22- "No Serviced" 3 phone Customer service reps, 1 Store FL. clerk, nothing resolved 1.25.22- Metro PC investing my phone problem and no call back 1.26.22- Metro PC investing my phone problem 1.27.22- Spoke with 2 phone Customer service reps (Billing rep), and 2 store clerks in MA who could not resolve my issue 1.28.22- RI Metro- Corporate Office , No fix no help! $ billed 153.00 of erroneous debits later Steph ph Customer service rep # 310637 Gerome Metro ph Customer Manager # 305331 Prov RI Corp Office - Rafael 55 Dorrance St Prov RI Metro PCS provides horrible International service and needs to be shut down! Per another reviewers review "Metro pcs will change your plan without your consent, they will disrupt your service"

Went here and they lied to my face. Bad customer service, find another location because idky they would lie? Is this a commission base job? Because it made no sense when I had money to spend.
