The store in Cambridge went out of their way to track down a queen frame and a split boxspring I need on short notice. Then the store on Saugus helped me put the items in my small rental car. Everyone was extremely helpful and as a bonus the price was right.

Sean was very patient and explained the various options of mattresses without trying to be pushy. Allowed me plenty of time to go back and forth between various mattresses. Eventually got one that was 50% off. Glad I was able to go to an in person store and try them out (at least for a bit)

Keturah did a great job helping me select a mattress with good pressure relief! They then arranged to have the mattress delivered (which included carrying up to my apartment). Unfortunately, my mattress was defective, but they quickly arranged to replace it free of charge :)

I had a great experience here! I did a little research before hand (sleep quiz) so I went in with an idea of what I wanted. Kuterah (sp) helped me through the whole process. Was so patient and kind. I left with purchasing a FIRM Serta mattress - I am excited to try it out (we have 120 days to test it) and can change it at any time after 30 days! Thanks Mattress Firm!
