Le Méridien Boston Cambridge is a hotel in the heart of Cambridge with an unbeatable location. It is close to MIT, Harvard, and two subway stations, with tons of great restaurants, coffee, and local things within walking distance. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and modern. Rooms are spacious, cozy, and comfy, featuring some of the most comfortable beds with big fluffy pillows and white comforters. Bathrooms are clean and stocked with amenities. The staff are friendly, attentive, kind, and welcoming, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is also noted as being very pet friendly. Guests enjoy the fabulous bar and cocktails in the lobby. The breakfast is great, delicious, and worth it, with custom omelets made to order. The dinner restaurant, Amuse, has very tasty food and a great menu, though some note room service would be nice. Some minor criticisms mention showers in need of renovation and occasional issues with amenities. It is advised to book in advance for better rates.
Old style hotel but it is ok. NO POOL! Close to MIT, shopping and dining is easy.
