“My wife and I (both TIAA clients) were treated very well by the receptionist (whose name we did not get) and the advisor (James) at the Cambridge TIAA office. We needed help with some paperwork and did not have an appointment. The receptionist helped us first by looking into possible appointments and then by checking with James that he had time to help us with a few questions. James was gracious to see us without an appointment. He was very professional and helpful, checking our paperwork and advising us on what additional steps were needed, including providing us with a Harvard phone number to get necessary information. All in all, we had a very good experience and our experience speaks well for both individuals as well as for the office as a whole.”
