This is the best pharmacy in Cambridge. They pick up when I answer the phone and fill prescriptions quickly. My doctor called in a prescription and by the time I left the hospital and called them (less than 5 minutes), they already had my prescription ready. I switched from CVS to Inman Pharmacy and I’m not looking back.

Great to have a local and caring pharmacy nearby! I've always had a positive experience. If you are from out of the area it might seem different to you, but if patient and understanding and you will appreciate the service.

I live in Inman Square and have been going to Inman Pharmacy for two years. I love that I feel like a valued member of the community when I walk in. The pharmacists are very nice and always fill my prescriptions on time. Excellent customer service!

Thanks for my vaccination.That the MBTA and Governor Baker Forced on me if I wanted to keep my job. I took the J&J vaccine Under duress and was medically violate.The staff at Inman Pharmacy was great and very helpful.Stop Biden and his Tyrannical ways.

So much better than Walgreens or CVS! Also they also have a location across the street you can get a rapid Covid test M-F. They saved me so much time. I had already wasted a lot of time at Walgreens. But Inman’s is so much better, also much, much better service for prescriptions!

It is such a treasure to have an independently owned pharmacy in my neighborhood. I've been using Inman Pharmacy for many years, on and off, and in the last 5 years for all my needs. The staff are very professional, and efficient. I phone them and they deliver to my door. They are diligent at reminding me of prescriptions soon to expire, and very COVID appropriate. Once, I asked if they had a particular item I couldn't find, and they apologized for being out. I came in a few weeks later for some other purchase, and the clerk came out, saying "Oh, Mr. Young, we have the thing you were looking for" and pointed me to it. You don't get that in CVS.

Inconsiderate and unknowledgeable of medical conditions, the owner is rude and impatient. The only decent and knowledgeable person there is their son so on the bright side the business will be in good hands for the future

They are our neighborhood pharmacy and we love them. We haven't had the experiences that others describe at all. They're always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure we get the prescriptions we need. They've been terrific during covid, with free delivery. They're small, so they don't have all of the non-prescription items you'd get at a CVS, but they also know who we are and go out of their way for us. Parking right in front is generally easy.
