“Perfect hotel for a stay in Boston. Quiet, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped room. The staff is very helpful. 5 minutes walk from a metro station on the green line. The valet parking lot is very convenient for parking during your stay. It's a good value for Boston. There is a Cheesecake Factory nearby. The neighborhood is quiet.”

“I stayed here for 9 nights when I moved to Boston. The location is unbeatable. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is a bit pricy but worth it, especially on the days one specific chef is manning the omelette bar. And the bar is fabulous. I might have to come back just for the mango picante. Also: so pet friendly? Like no hassle, and clean but also so homely. I loved my stay here.”

“I've been a Diamond Member for Hilton and Platinum Premiere for Marriott during my 15 year career traveling throughout the US. The staff at the Hyatt Regency from the front desk to the security guards were some of the most friendly I have ever encountered. I usually do not write reviews but the service and experience that Maurielle gave each morning while I picked up my morning coffee was fantastic. It started out with a simple name for my order Jason, she asked with a Y or no Y. We laughed and I said surprise me. The next morning she remembered me and said No Y. Haha. Very friendly people and great place to stay in Boston. I would highly recommend.”

Rooms: Room was a little small but fine for one person.

Safety: Generally very safe location. Many people walking the street until late.

Walkability: Restaurants and bars everywhere in the area. Harvard Yard close by.

Food and drinks: No food available onsite but restaurants everywhere within walking distance.”

“I stayed at the HSH for a week while participating in a program at Harvard. I was pleasantly surprised by how close the hotel was to my course, even closer than I'd expected. The hotel is limited service, so no gym, breakfast, etc. but it suited my needs. It's very close to several quality restaurants and neat Cambridge landmarks. The desk attendants were always friendly and helpful, and the coffee in the lobby was acceptable. My only complaint is that the Wifi was literally unusable. Had I had a project to complete on a deadline, needed to take a meeting, even had slightly more studying to do, I would not have been able to do so from the hotel. This is a vital amenity in our virtual heavy world and so I would rank the hotel 3.5/5 stars were the fraction possible.”
