Very very bad experience. I took my Honda odyssey for repair about two weeks ago. The day before July 4th, I was told the job is done and called me to pick my car. When I went to pick it up, the job was done very very poorly and one side of the bumper that is replaced sticks out. Honestly with out exaggerating, My daughter will do a better job. So I complained and told them I can't take it like that and they said okay we will fix it. It was July 4th holiday week end and I didn't expect them to finish it by Friday. So o e othe representatives called me Monday the car is ready and told him I will pick it up Tuesday morning. Then that night, I got a text saying there is a delay and it is not done yet. So I called the next morning and asked what the issue was and was told the sensors wasn't done (they were about to give me like that 3 days ago). Any ways I took the car out on Thursday went home and I got flat tires. How irony. So I called to just to let them know how unhappy I was with the whole experience, and the guys who answered is very very unprofessional, rude, arrogant and condescending. Now I have to deal with my flat tires and poor job. My advice think twice before you go there.

Nice people, professional but have had my car for five weeks for relatively modest repair needs and keep telling me every week "just 1-2 more days" and keep telling me they will call me with updates and have never called me (not once) to update me. I think they have a hard time getting the work done and setting expectations appropriately. Disappointing for a GEICO approved shop. I have escalated this to GEICO asking for help.

I’m accustomed to the body shops being disorganized and relatively unprofessional. These guys are commutative and on time. Fairly priced an operate within set expectations. Thank you!

a disgusting place. They didn't fix my car for a total of 3 months in two separate periods, I paid thousands of dollars for the rental car.They couldn't find even a part of the car for 15 days. they lie so as not to fix the car. a place with no work ethic.
