How e-literiate (?) is a company when a customer that's trying be nice & inform local staff of his delay via telephone can't get in touch with anyone / ANYONE?Especially after the customer brought it up on numerous occasions as an employee.Jebuz, friggin, ceilingcat.I love The Chairman's foundation, but... c'mon, you're destined for greater greatness. I prefer not Talking to Chuck but there's a growing set of firms, large & small (some armed with services via Fido) that outperform, & not just on relationship pricing.

I tried to contact this company several times and never get a good comunication with any advisor, the numbers never works, or the communication is poor, or the advisor said and do what ever they want.I will never again will use this comapany for my money and I did NOT RECOMENDED to any one.

Courtney was extremely helpful and patient with me. I’m new to investing and she took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I understood everything. She has a warm and pleasant personality. She is also well educated on investing and finance. This combination made it possible for her to help me without coming off cocky and annoying because she knows everything and I’m just learning. Highly recommend.

Really helpful guys at this location. They got me squared away and performed a quick portfolio analysis of my short and long term goals. They also have a workstation or two where you can use to manage your account.
