If I could give less than one star, I would. While the representatives are just doing their jobs and adhering to the rules, the rules themselves as set by fedex are the most idiotic, convoluted, and difficult rules in the shipping industry. If you don't have an id with you, the representatives can't help you apparently. If you're forced to use the self help kiosk, you are then unable to view and print the shipping cost. Do yourself a favor and use usps or ups, you will save yourself a lot of frustration and time.

I was clueless as to how to consolidate + mail 5 large packages - all staff were friendly and went out of their way to help me. Super accommodating with having to charge certain things to certain cards. Will definitely be back!

The guys at this location are truly awesome! We were visiting from Houston trying to ship some souvenirs and stuff we purchased while visiting, back home. They really went above and beyond to help us out and made the whole ordeal more about a wonderful customer experience and less about us trying to get a big box into and out of, a small car! lol! Walked away smiling!

I was blatantly lied to - instead of paying $9.75 for a box and bubble wrap I was deceived into paying $27.I was told a box to ship back my laptop was $20. The point was to get me to pay only $7 more for fragile packaging. When I tried to pack the laptop myself I was told the box will be $20 plus the cost of the bubble wrap so I might as well let them do it. Next time I’ll double check online or find the box myself (it was $4.75).
