I will not take my dry cleaning or tailoring anywhere else in Cambridge. I have brought them many vintage dresses and they have never failed to take them out perfectly for me. Their tailor, Ann, is fantastic and a true seamstress. They even made a children’s dress into a dress for my dog so she could be a ring bearer.

I'm SO grateful to the ladies here who altered my wedding dress. I was nervous about hemming the lace detail and making sure the waist wasn't too tight - but everything fit me perfectly thanks to their hard work and care with my dress. I'd highly recommend for everyday alterations needs but also for special moments!!

Worst experience ever. The ladies here are incompetent and act very ignorant. They can't do a simple cleaning job and they also ruin your garments on top of that, how nice. Every single piece {which were mostly suit's and some outerwear) came back with some unknown stains on them and holes/rips that weren't their before. I brought this up before I left and they refused to compensate me and decided it was a good idea to tell me that they can re-clean and repair for an extra charge? are you kidding? If you don't want your clothes to look like you went dumpster-diving for them, I would go elsewhere. Very un-professional.

I love this place!!!! The staff are so kind and friendly, they do great work, and the location is awesome! I have been going to this place since 2018 for dry cleaning and they have always been reliable and kind. The jacket they altered for me is my favorite one! Highly, highly recommend!

Trust me they are the best cleaners in the Somerville and Cambridge area. My dress shirts, pants and suits are always cleaned exceptionally. Great customer service overall.

I used to live in this neighborhood and still drive or bike the 3 miles to have items tailored here. Consistently great service and results. They’ve also been able to get out >/= 85% of stains I’ve brought to them in clothes that require dry cleaning. That’s over a 30 year history. The second owner retained much of same staff.

This place has gone way downhill since May, the former owner, left. They are rude and resentful and complain about what you ask them to do. The latest took the cake. I took in a new pair of jeans that needed to be shortened just a little. They did their usual, Why do you want them shorter? I said, that's what I want. I tried them on and had them pinned to just the right length and told them I wanted the same color thread showing on the outside. They didn't cut off any fabric, and instead turned the hem up and sewed it the usual distance from the bottom, leaving a sort of ruffle inside that curled up. I brought them back. They told me, Iron it! I said I'm not ironing jeans. I told them to fix it with a regular hem, but the same length. They charged me $20 to fix what they had done, and made them way too short. This place sucks.

I have only been here for dry cleaning and - what can I say - they dry cleaned my stuff without any a problem. I pointed to an area where I dropped a heap of ice cream on my slacks, and the person at the counter put a little sticky arrow by it - thought that was cool. Been there 2x to dry clean a 2-piece tuxedo. Cost was $25 each time!
