Overall these guys did a great job. I did the super cleaning express option and it took about 2.5 hours. I’m only giving 4/5 stars because when I got home I noticed some dirt remaining on the back middle seat and a few small mud splashes remaining on the bottom inside of the doors, which I removed with some Armor All wipes. It’s obviously darker in the garage compared to looking at the car outside in the bright sun, which is probably why I noticed it when I came home. Aside than that, the car is very clean

Paolo and Manuel at Dr. Detail in Cambridge were able to accommodate and turn around both of our cars on the same day, which was a huge plus. Both cars had significant stains from muddy paws and dog hair in the interior and both were covered in tons of pine sap. We would have been happy with them just being marginally cleaner, but we weren't expecting them to look like new. That's why we were shocked and thrilled that Paolo and Manuel took the time and care to literally make our cars sparkle. They looked like they hadn't ever been driven. I would 100% recommend Dr. Detail to anyone, whether it's for a light detail or a total overhaul. And, they were super friendly!

They did a great job with my car, inside and outside. One cons is that parking is not free, and they did not validate my parking, so to use the service you would need to pay for parking separately. They had surcharge of $25 on top of their advertised price due to the exterior condition of my car.

A friend recommended Dr. Detail and I couldn't be happier. My 3 year old car looked showroom new. The team took great care in cleaning every part of my car. Well worth the money spent, I'll be back.

I wasn’t satisfied with my “mini detail”. There was still dirt stains in door jambs and trunk lift gate. Interior wasn’t wiped down thoroughly. Found some stains inside also .
