The worst service I have ever seen. I will be changing my pharmacy to anywhere else but here. There's never enough help and the lines are way too long. I was standing in line for my prescription and once I got to the front was told it was somewhere else. Won't be doing anymore business there.

This location takes forever to fill out prescriptions. Usually 2+ days and are rude when you ask about the status of your prescription. They also put expired OTC medications on the shelves. Thank you for being great CVS!

The worst pharmacy ever. Disorganized. Overwhelmed. Rude. They don't call you back when you leave a message on their voicemail trying to get an update on when your meds might have arrived. I understand that there are delays and that pharmacies are understaffed, but this place is over the top in terms of its incompetence. Save yourself some stress, and don't go here.

I have had more frustrations dealing with this CVS pharmacy and will be changing over all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy - which is frustrating being such a pain to do so and in a convenient location. They have only made it WAY more difficult to do business with them - from reducing pharmacy hours til 7 PM from 8 PM, NEVER answering the phone anymore and having to either try another time or leave a voicemail that will be returned in several hours which is unacceptable. The most frustrating parts are the constant long lines there and some of the RUDEST pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with!! There is a female pharmacist that is VERY rude and unprofessional - she clearly is overworked, stressed and hates her job!! I have been a long time customer and spent a lot of money in that store and for a lot of medications and should have a lot better service for the amount of business I have given them! They need to look at the staffing and resources and adjust to increase resource rather than decrease which is their trend!!

This has been our neighborhood pharmacy for the past four years, and the former pharmacists were all great. Lately, the service (if you can call it that) has become intolerable. They are severely understaffed while running a vaccine clinic. In the past two weeks I've had exchanges with four different pharmacists who are all unprofessional, rude, impatient, give conflicting information, and treat customers disrespectfully. I'm still waiting for one prescription that has been "on hold" for 17 days. Clearly something needs to change here.

I called asked if I could pick my medications I need tomorrow due to being immobilized and getting chair lift tomorrow. Wanted to make sure I didn't miss date to pick up my medications. They had been there for days already. Lady picks up doesn't ask my name my D.O.B NOTHING! just sais" SURE,YEAH BYE") so this here is proof when i get there tomorrow and i can't get my medications she's to blame. Time 255pm Wednesday November 8th 2023

I had COVID and flu shots appointment at 6:15 pm. I checked in at 6:00 pm. I finally got the shots at 6:43 pm. Standing in line for 43 minutes. What a terrible and inefficient service. If there is a reservation system, they don't have a right to waste my time. During the wait the rain started, so I had to bike under rain.

The regular retail employees are always helpful but the pharmacy is awful. Every time I have a prescription to pick up I go there and it's not ready. Today I apparently didnt manually refill my precription that I thought was auto refill and I was given so much attitude for an honest mistake. It was extremely unprofessional. And every other time Ive gone my prescriptions are always delayed and I have to sit there for 30 minutes before its ready. I always give them 2-3 hours after my doctor calls in the prescription and it is never ready. I Am switching pharmacies today and never going back. Good riddance.

Have twice 'not received' fax for prescription that has been confirmed sent by the Doctor. Totally unreliable.
