Horrible experience every time. We have an on going prescription here and each time something has been wrong and it is never filled without multiple visits. After taking too long to learn, finally sending our prescription to another location.

I embraced their partly insidious technology, and it looks like their remaining staff won ... against me. At least two technical glitches with equipment were dismissed and not taken at all seriously by the manager, after the checkout staffer nearby had essentially scapegoated me for experiencing those glitches. My scanning a product failed to take the first few times, and then the checkout staffer instructed me to scan the product, reset something on the machine, stepped away, and let me continue. Later, my efforts to insert my card had no effect the first few times, she asserted that my card was not working, but then I succeeded in having a card swipe work just fine. After all those steps and my completion of my purchase, I told the manager about both technical problems, and he waved away my concerns as though customers were meant to endure such problems indefinitely.

Worst store bought a Apple gift card that was damaged they did nothing to help me out 40 dollars still awaiting for Apple to respond to my emails and screenshots over 6 weeks nothing.

The pharmacy here is super friendly and helpful. I called the pharmacy to see if a certain vaccine is available. Once confirmed, the pharmacist, Nina, helped me schedule an appointment and took care of me when I arrived. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, and I'm happy that I finally got vaccinated. I appreciate the service I received from CVS pharmacy today!

Do not go there to fill prescriptions. They will not give me refund on a wrong prescription they filled. They gave me the right Glucose Meter but the wrong lances.
An old school pharmacist would have noticed they did not match and would have HELPED me with the situation. Unfortunately I trusted them and didn’t look in the bag until I got home. Don’t pay for any prescriptions until you open the bags and see what you are getting cause you will not get your money back if it is the wrong medication. :(((

This store is the WORST. A very significant proportion of the products are under lock and key, and the wait time to get a staff member to help--after three times pressing the call button--was 15 minutes on a very quiet Wednesday afternoon. When the manager came, he could not have been more rude, and essentially implied I could have been a shoplifter. This horrible CVS service is evidence of why there should not be monopolies. They don't have to compete, because the nearest Walgreens closed months ago. And this is what happens.

The main entrance to the pharmacy is always locked forcing a walk around yhr block to enter the store through the parking lot. I've been told by staff that they don't want to have to have to watch both entrances which is unacceptable. The main door just got fixed a week ago and now inaccessible again for no particular reason. PLEASE STOP MAKING ACCESING THE STORE DIFFICULT

The store is a great place to go for dusty expiring food and weaponized incompetence at the tail end of your work day.If you ask for anything here they will wonder what you are talking about and purposely misrepresent your words in order to not have to help you as well as to Freakishliy Dominate a tiny interaction of less than 2 minutes.Micro aggressions and Filth are not so forgettable.
