We came to print 5 pictures. The last one got stuck in the printer. We asked for help and the man working there got very upset about the picture being under the printer, and when he pulled it out he SCRUNCHED it up, SMASHED it against the counter, and then turned around and said “it’ll be $3”. Like seriously?! Why would you even do that? There was no need to ruin our picture? And then we had to pay for it? Please don’t come here to print pictures.

Nobody knows what they're doing and you will wait in line 30 mins just trying to pick up a ready prescription. Their "system went down" 3x while I was in line and it took an average of 15 mins per customer transaction

This pharmacy is horrible. I go into specifically order a certain manufacturer that the system kicks out. I then have to call NO ONE answers the phone for over 45 minutes so I decide to drive there. It’s insane!!

My doctor submitted a prescription on 18-Dec-2023 -- plenty of time to fill by 31-Dec-2023, when I actually need the medication. The CVS robot says that the prescription is "delayed", presumably because of supply-chain issues. I can find NO mechanism to actually speak to a human at the pharmacy. This is astonishing, because while I'm standing in line for a pickup (as I always have to do), I see and hear that the pharmacists are always on the phone with several calls waiting. It is not unreasonable for me to want to speak to a human about a prescription that is already delayed. I'd like to know things like whether this is likely to be filled in the next 2 hours. It's Thursday afternoon, and if CVS can't fill it by Sunday then I'll have to have my doctor cancel the prescription with CVS and send it elsewhere. This is just nonsense. So far as I can tell, CVS is doing all in its power to drive me away.

Severe understaffing of this pharmacy means that prescriptions are rarely filled by the time you get to the front of the always long line, even after getting notifications that your rx is ready. Frustrating experience every time. They also never answer the phone. Use any other pharmacy!!!

This has got to be the worst pharmacy ever!!! The prescriptions are never ready on time and they won't even answer phone calls. Then you either have to wait until they finally refill your already late prescription and hopefully get notified when ready. Either that or take time out of your already hectic schedule to take a trip to the pharmacy, only to get told that they can't refill it until a whole hour later. It gets worse, folks! Then even after an hour later you may still get told that you may have to wait another 15 minutes. Even though, your prescription should have been ready like 2 hours ago. I hope they get new management and improve their services soon!

staff is nice. takes a while to buy basic items because they’re locked for theft prevention and there’s not enough staff

Pharmacist was condescending to me when I asked her to provide information about what manufacturer made the prescription I was trying to pick up. She refused to contact other CVS locations despite it having been done for me in the past, and despite none of the locations picking up their phones reliably.I’ve about had it with this chain, and will be making an active effort to go elsewhere whenever possible unless CVS shapes up and starts respecting customers.

Carly from the pharmacy assured my partner we could show up at 8pm and both get vaccines even though there was one appointment open. However, when we showed up they said they could not and when we asked if my partner could take my appointment they also said no. They were also rude and unhelpful— specifically the lady doing the vaccines.

I have been putting off writing a review of this CVS, the pharmacy in particular, because it would take hours to actually recount all of my negative experiences. The fact that I continue to use this pharmacy should not be interpreted as an indication it isn't that bad. It is. However, my insurance forces me to use CVS and it's the only 24 hour location within a reasonable driving distance. When a prescription is sent to this location electronically by my doctor, CVS sends me a text confirming receipt, and saying they are working on it and will let me know when it's ready. In reality, it will never be ready and remain "in process" unless I (1) call the pharmacy and ask them to expedite it, or (2) go to the pharmacy drop off and ask them to expedite it. There is no option to be expedite your prescription on the app. Calling requires me to set aside an hour or two to sit on hold. The call must also be scheduled so that if I am on hold for two hours, it doesn't run into the pharmacy's lunch break, in which case, they will just disconnect my call. If it turns out that my medication is not in stock, and I ask if what other locations have it, one of two things will happen: (1) the person on the phone kindly tells me which location has my medication in stock, or (2) the person on the phone gets defensive, tells me it's illegal for them to disclose what locations have my medication, and that my doctor should have called to find out if it was in stock before sending it over. As if my doctor is going to sit on hold for 2 hours for my benefit.Once I am inside the store to pick up my medication, every few minutes, I hear an automated voice repeating how many people are on hold waiting to speak to the pharmacy. I have never witnessed anyone actually answer the phone. Even when I'm the only customer there, whoever is working in the pharmacy seems to have tuned out the automated voice and ignores that there are customers sitting on hold. There are times I've waited 20 minutes in the pickup line only to discover the prescription they filled isn't the one I needed, but some random antibiotic I was prescribed months ago for a temporary condition and forgot about, which happened to have a refill on file. The people working the "pickup" line then direct me to the "drop off" line because they aren't authorized to expedite the prescription I actually needed. So then I wait another 20 minutes in the drop off line to expedite the prescription, then a half hour for them to fill it, then wait another 20 minutes in the pickup line when it's ready. This has happened multiple times. On one occasion, they abruptly shut down for an hour lunch when I was finally next in line to request that the prescription my doctor had sent them days ago be expedited. The lunchtime shut downs are ridiculous, and it is my understanding that they are attributable to CVS not wanting to pay two pharmacists to work at the same time so that one can cover when the other takes their break. It's cheaper for them to just close for an hour. There are so many other awful experiences I could recount, and it's been worse and worse lately. I didn't even get the right number of pills last time, which I didn't realize until I got home. I then had to wait an hour on hold when I called to rectify the situation. They acknowledged the mistake and just told me to come to pick it up and it would be waiting for me. When I went back to the store, the pick up person had no idea what I was talking about and sent me to the drop off line to explain the situation a third time.Although it probably sounds like it, I don't blame the employees, but instead the greedy people in charge, who clearly aren't willing to offer wages and benefits that would attract the additional employees this store clearly needs. One of the pharmacy techs was SOBBING behind the counter tonight and I can only imagine she was thinking that she isn't paid enough to put up with all the blowback she's gettin

I called the pharmacy to report a prescription which wasn't delivered. After waiting on hold for 90 minutes I gave up. There is no way to report a missing delivery on their website or app.

I had to call around to a bunch of CVS pharmacies today to try and get my prescription refilled ad the gal at this location was SO KIND. She looked up who had my prescription in stock & made sure they had enough to actually fill it, then gave me the number. Refreshing after the "too busy to help" vibe I've received at other locations I called. I wish I had gotten her name to shout her out, but she was great regardless!

They don't wanna pay enough to attract employees so they're always understaffed and way behind.
