If I could leave negative star I would. The Rx is the absolute worst service ever. But since they are a 24 hour pharmacy they have much bigger inventory. So if you don’t need it pass on this location

Pharmacy doesn’t answer phone, on hold over 30 minutes to discuss prescriptions. They hung up first time after at least 15 min on hold and then when I called back was on hold for 30 plus min.

Outstanding service from the pharmacy,the staff and Pharmacist
were attentive,polite, professional and just very nice people.I was very glad I switched my prescription from Awful Walgreens. back to this CVS and was so impressed with polite young staff.

Was having a medical emergency that required me to use the restroom in order to administer my medication. Spoke to the greeter Tim who directed me to ask the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy at which point I was told “an employee is in the bathroom with the key, if you’d like to use the restroom you are able to use it when they are done”. I waited near the door, even knocked and the employee answered “I am almost finished”. When they exited the bathroom, they immediately shut the door behind them and stated “we do not have public bathrooms” then proceeded to say “last time I let someone use the bathroom the pissed on the floor” as if that was my concern. I was having a medical emergency and needed a safe place to administer my insulin.
So they basically made me wait over 15 minutes just so that they could tell me that they didn’t have a public restroom, meanwhile forgetting that I had mentioned to them that I was having a medical emergency. I will be calling corporate to file an official complaint, but stay clear of this CVS as these individuals do not have any empathy nor compassion when it comes to customers especially those having emergency. They think everyone is a crackhead etc when that isn’t the case. I honestly hope that this CVS shuts its doors forever and that everyone employed there loses their employment.

Pharmacy is always behind. My medication is like the most common thing and they can’t ever manage to fill it on time. The line is also always unbearably slow no matter what time you go ?

This is absolutely the worst managed CVS in all of New England. Always understaffed. Literally NEVER answer the phone, as a policy. Always incredibly long waits to talk to anyone.
The only thing going for them is that they are 24 hours, which you'll need to actually get helped.

This place used to be the best pharmacy around. There have been so many staff cutbacks and quality of staff changes that it’s not worth going to anymore. Staff will often just immediately put you on hold and never get back in touch with you so you can’t actually ask them questions. The management pictures that are often displayed around are people that I haven’t seen around there for months. This CVS in particular has gone straight downhill.

We came to print 5 pictures. The last one got stuck in the printer. We asked for help and the man working there got very upset about the picture being under the printer, and when he pulled it out he SCRUNCHED it up, SMASHED it against the counter, and then turned around and said “it’ll be $3”. Like seriously?! Why would you even do that? There was no need to ruin our picture? And then we had to pay for it? Please don’t come here to print pictures.
