Poor customer service around 8:30 p.m. they don't like to answer their phones and then they block your number. Because they don't want to do their job that they're paid to do.

Major attitude problems from this one lady , why work in customer service if your going to be rude to everyone??? Unbelievable.

Wow. Never received such bad service. Made me wait in the wrong line for 30 minutes, send me over to the next line only to find out that they did not have my medication despite being told it’s ready for pick up.
