They have had both of my pain meds. Scripts for days. They are saying that they are both out of stock and stated they have been ordered and would be in stock in 2 days. Here it is FIVE days later without any explanation of what is happening. I have called their voicemail 2 different days as this is the only way to get in touch with them. It says on their voicemail that they will be in touch within 2 hours! Like I said it has been 5 days. So here I am without my much needed pain meds. One of them states not to stop taking it suddenly or it could lead to a stroke. I called another pharmacy and he said they are BOTH available for ordering but it is now a holiday weekend and I can't have my Dr. transfer them to him. I may be dead or paralyzed due to a stroke before I can get them filled elsewhere. They don't care about us or our health. I left a note on my kitchen table explaining what happened in the event of a stroke. The CVS pharmacy is located on Cambridge Street in East Cambridge. I think the address is 225? I never wrote a bad review in my life but this is life threatening at this point. I give this location a DOUBLE ZERO. Steer clear! P. S. my blood pressure is now 180/90.

The worst pharmacy ever. Disorganized. Overwhelmed. Rude. They don't call you back when you leave a message on their voicemail trying to get an update on when your meds might have arrived. I understand that there are delays and that pharmacies are understaffed, but this place is over the top in terms of its incompetence. Save yourself some stress, and don't go here.

I have had more frustrations dealing with this CVS pharmacy and will be changing over all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy - which is frustrating being such a pain to do so and in a convenient location. They have only made it WAY more difficult to do business with them - from reducing pharmacy hours til 7 PM from 8 PM, NEVER answering the phone anymore and having to either try another time or leave a voicemail that will be returned in several hours which is unacceptable. The most frustrating parts are the constant long lines there and some of the RUDEST pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with!! There is a female pharmacist that is VERY rude and unprofessional - she clearly is overworked, stressed and hates her job!! I have been a long time customer and spent a lot of money in that store and for a lot of medications and should have a lot better service for the amount of business I have given them! They need to look at the staffing and resources and adjust to increase resource rather than decrease which is their trend!!

It’s ridiculous to first say that the prescription would take 15 minutes to get processed, and then change that to “a few hours”.Also, everything has a significant markup over other stores.

I had COVID and flu shots appointment at 6:15 pm. I checked in at 6:00 pm. I finally got the shots at 6:43 pm. Standing in line for 43 minutes. What a terrible and inefficient service. If there is a reservation system, they don't have a right to waste my time. During the wait the rain started, so I had to bike under rain.

I never leave reviews but this service was so poor and unhelpful. My doctor called in my prescription twice but they claimed it wasn't there and were rude when I asked questions. Went to Inman Pharmacy down the street and got my prescription immediately.

The lady working was extremely rude to me. I was having issues with the self check out and was scanning and it kept asking for an associate to help and I didn't know why... she started yelling at me that I was "doing it wrong" and I said there's no signs to tell me so I wasn't sure and that I didn't appreciate her tone... another employee walked over to see what was happening and asked me and I told her. I asked her why I was getting yelled at for asking a question... she shrugged her shoulders and walked away... not exactly great service from the Cambridge store...

Best CVS in Boston/Cambridge. Always has what I need and the Pharmacist is so knowledgeable and always willing to stop what she is doing to help with anything.

My favorite CVS location in the boston area. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Everything is neat and in stock. Not like most other locations that are overrun by homeless and untidy.

Very very poor service! No knowledge about recall service - didn't know how to refund and asked receipt and barcode; denied to search internal data to find the recall info; after telling them to contact upper management started looking the system; cashiers are basically rude and not professional; will never return this store and strongly recommend not to shop this store
