I was initially quite happy with the service I received in Clinton, MA from Ablan Berko.She assured that my first two vaccines were covered by insurance. I inquired about getting Typhoid and she assured me it would be covered as well.Then I got a bill for over 130 dollars with little to no help from the admin folks.It really just feels like being cheated and extorted. I would go out of my way to never use them again and would advise that you do the same.

To begin with, these clinics do not take walk-ins. My experience with three clinics reaped the same result at each one, "go to the kiosk and make an appointment. Had a reservation at one clinic and had a photo of the verification code and the clinic worker said she didn't see it in her system so I had to go somewhere else. (I was the last appointment of the day on a Saturday night). The impression I am left with is as a customer I am an inconvenience. The only way I would use Minute Clinic again would be as a last resort.

Near impossible to get ahold of the pharmacy, can't transfer prescription online, and it's not even in stock for several days but I need it today.

I made an appointment for flu shots for my daughter and I. I repeated at least 4 times when making the appointment that my daughter is 3.5, and asked them to check their stock to ensure they can give her a shot. Sure enough, we get there and the pharmacist says they are out. When I ask why she didn't tell me an hour ago when I called before I drove there, and she is cavalier and couldn't care less. Don't go here for pharmacy purposes, clearly no respect for the job she holds

All around decent store, but the robo spam calls trying to get you to sign up for prescription delivery are getting a little out of hand

Horrible customer service. I mistakenly left my debit card there. First time I called about it they hang up, second time the lady called her manager and he foud it was there. She needs to be retrained or fired ASAP.

This pharmacy has poor responsiveness over the phone. There have been multiple times I have called in to refill a prescription only to be immediately put on hold and forgotten about (waiting 10-15 min before giving up and calling at another time).

Other than this, I haven't had any issues with the pharmacy!

No longer has self serve cash checkouts all 3 are credit/ debit only really d*** move on their part for people who don't use cads thanks!

Well stocked and a generally pretty helpful staff. Pharmacy can be a bit slow filling prescriptions.
