We have nothing but positive things to say about Crate Escape Too! Our puppy loves few things more than rolling up to Crate Escape for daycare. The staff is professional and friendly, and they take special care and attention to ensure your dog is comfortable and happy while there. They very much care about their customers - both the dogs and their owners. We would recommend again and again.

I don’t know what we would do without the amazing staff at Crate Eacape Too! Our puppy, Sammy is handicapped but has made leaps and bounds in her recovery and her family at Crate Escape Too has been a great contributor to her success. The staff is friendly as well as professional- Sammy loves them and all of her furry friends that she has met there!

The staff and management here are ridiculous. They do not care about the animals. You can't bring up any concern without being ridiculed. Take your dog somewhere else!!!

I have taken two generations of dogs to Crate Escape Too and it has been a wonderful experience for my dogs and a worry-free way for me to leave my dogs with other similar sized dogs in a safe environment with varied activities. The staff is great at making the dogs comfortable and making the store as convenient as possible for pet owners. My bichon Hockney becomes excited as soon as he gets close to Crate Escape and rushes in to begin his days there.

Crate Escape Two is one of my bichon Hockney's favorite places to play with other dogs and I always feel great taking him there. There are not a lot of places where dogs under 35 pounds and of all ages are the focus and have a clean and varied indoor and outdoor spaces to play. There is a good number of attentive staff to take care of the dogs. In addition, CE2 has figured everything out and handles everything with as little red tape and rules as possible and has a well-equipt store and good food choices and boarding facilities. I have nothing but good things to say about CE2. When I come at the end of the day to pick up Hockney, he greets me enthusiastically then wants to run back in the doggie area again to play, even after a long day!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Crate Escape. Ryann in particular is absolutely incredible. My dog is a feisty, playful guy, and Ryann and the caretakers at crate escape not only taught him manners, they make sure he has a great time, every time. He is never happier than when he gets to go to Crate Escape. Truly if you are looking for people who know and love dogs, who will give your pet the attention they deserve, Crate Escape goes above and beyond. My Boston Terrier would give this place an even more glowing review. Thank you so much to Ryann, et. al.! You will not regret bringing your dog here.

Excellent care. The place is well staffed and the employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. The dogs seem very relaxed and at ease.One caveat, the app they use to register your dog is difficult to navigate. I bought a package of 30 days, but occasionally I got charged as if I didn't have a package because of some flaw in the app system. They refunded me no problem, but just FYI if you choose to use their service.

I use to love the place and the people who worked there, and always suggested it to others that had dogs. But not anymore… they no longer seem to be customer focused. I was a customer for a couple of years until Covid. When I wanted to start being my lab again it took over two months to get an appointment for my retriever to get a reevaluation to attend again. My dog was approved in “5” minutes but not allowed to stay. There’s where more dogs in one pen then I had ever seen and it was crowed. Another pen had a lot less dogs and look more comfortable. Sadly, Crate Escape has lost me as a customer, and more important as a champion for referrals.

Crate Escape Too (Huron Ave) is the absolute best. They have taken amazing care of my little rescue dog and he's really come out of his shell. When we started going, he would just stand at the gate and cry all day. Now, about 5 months later, he literally leaps up and down in the car seat when I arrive to drop him off and then runs into the building. They are all friendly, helpful, kind to the animals, and I trust my dog with them completely.

Great staff; always friendly. They really love the dogs! Our dog always has fun here. Only downside is that sometimes it's hard to get a last-minute spot if you aren't a daily customer (we don't use the daycare every day, just on an "as-needed" basis). Love that they have a yard for the dogs to be outside.

We adopted a rescue dog 2 years ago that we learned had severe separation anxiety and exhibited fear around other dogs. We were concerned about how things would go but were very impressed from the moment we first contacted Crate Escape. We initially brought Cookie to the Charlestown location which has lots of big dogs and, because that's how big dogs have fun, can be a bit boisterous at times. The excellent staff there told us they thought the Huron Ave location would be a better situation for Cookie. They were right. They did a thorough screen to ensure the environment would be safe for both Cookie and other dogs, and helped us ease her in, initially dropping her off for only a couple of hours at a time on less busy days so she'd have time to acclimate. Two years later and she's staying the entire day twice a week and she *LOVES* it. It's like her puppy play date which she returns from exhausted but happy every single time. The staff are absolutely incredible, and we are sincerely grateful to them as they have improved our pup's quality of life substantially. Obviously, all puppy all the time would be every dog owner's dream, but if that's not possible and you have to work to pay the bills and keep them in kibble, you really can't go wrong with Crate Escape!
