A five-star customer service. I called in on June 18, 2024 to discontinue my landline service because nowadays I do not use the line so frequently. The process was complete in less than five minutes. A refund was issued in the same day. It is much better than dealing with ******* where a refund was released at least a month later. Note that if you have service for more than a year, you cannot return the equipments for refund. I would do business with CP again.

So far the service has been great. I have had no issues and the line very clear. The service has held up through our power outages and storms. But the best and biggest reason is the affordability.

I only have a land line because my wife insists on it. So, I searched for something that was reliable and not terribly expensive. I first tried a service that works over the internet but every time my computer disconnected from the internet, I had no phone service. I received a piece of mail from Community Phone and decided to try them. I received the unit in a couple of days and it was very easy to install. I have had it now for over a month and it works great.

Haven't really had my landline long enough to give a comment, but I really appreciate being able to keep my old number after the previous company had refused to release it, because I didn't get it to you before the deadline. But you were able to get it for me even though you gave a temporary number until you could retrieve it, and for that reason I give you 5 stars.
