Customer service at this branch was great. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and the manager was super helpful and friendly. I came in with three screaming babies and they were so nice about it.

Do NOT use Citizens Bank. They did not mention a $10 monthly service fee when I opened an account. I soon closed the account after going in to their branch office three years ago but the account did not close and they have been charging me $10/month with no notification ever since. That’s $430 of invisible “maintenance fee.”

Terrible customer service. A representative seems like she doesn’t know anything about the banking industry. She made me feel like i m not welcome and she was unprofessional and has no customer service skills. I had to leave and go to an other branch as i didn’t wanna take a risk of making mistakes on the card transaction that i was making. I was standing all time she couldn’t offer me to take a seat. First time going to that branch and will be last time except for using ATM.

Super nice , friendly and very helpful Staff , i went there 3 times and i would strongly recommend everyone to do business with this branch . I’ve had an issue with a citizen bank at a different location so when i went to this location Shivangini Patangia was able to help me fix my problem with no appointment . Thank you so much and keep up the good work

Threatened to deny basic banking services just because I'm a traveler and didn't want to set up an account in a state where I don't even live. I've been to banks all around the country and never met a bank as aggressive as this.

The staff is very friendly. I've known most of them for years. They always take good care of me and my employees. Great location for walkers but a little tough for drivers. It doesn't have a dedicated parking structure.

They call it the Branch of th3 Future but I see no future in it, pick the interior Design for instance, it all draws back me,orgies from the past, unless we are heading back to the past !!!
