To anyone thinking of opening a bank account here don't...not just here but at any of there locations...it's not a good bank to deal with they have way too many problems with their IT and systems....just today I try to depositing my money and it took my money and didn't deposit it ..

The service received in this bank is nothing short of remarkable. Every employee is very friendly and proactive in their interactions with customers. Rovena is the branch manager and deserves to be recognized. Together with Jonathan, they solved a rather difficult challenge of mine in a very simple and effective way. Highly recommend this branch.

Do NOT use Citizens Bank. They did not mention a $10 monthly service fee when I opened an account. I soon closed the account after going in to their branch office three years ago but the account did not close and they have been charging me $10/month with no notification ever since. That’s $430 of invisible “maintenance fee.”

what a great experience with the citizens bank employees, Daniela and her crew made things very easy and very simple on my loan process. they were very well knowledgeable on what to do and how to get things done with the proper guidelines and the best customer experience

BEWARE! Citizen's bank would not honor account opening bonus, AND has bad customer service. When I opened the account, I was informed by clerk I have 30 days to deposit 15000 into the account and leave money there for 2 months to get the bonus. 4 months later I don't get the bonus and called. They told me 2 different versions. Version 1 it needs to be done at account opening day. Version 2 it needs to be done within 10 days. That's 3 different versions. I explained this to the branch, branch escalates to the office of the chairman. They don't care and just keeps on pushing responsibilities. Branch says they can't do they need to escalate. Chairman says they can't do only branch has the ability. Honestly, they don't care. Bank somewhere else. At least TD bank and Bank of America do take care of things and see their customers valuable. Citizens doesn't.

I have been dealing with the Citizens Bank branch in Harvard Square (now on Brattle Street) for several decades. The service and personal attention are impeccable. They go out of their way to accommodate the customer's needs.

I’ve been an account holder at this branch for over 4 years. They are pleasant and professional. One of these reviews suggested an employee rudely “slapped” money on the counter and refused to make change for someone; I can envision a scenario where they refused to make change for a non-account holder, but I visit this branch 2-4 times a month, have for years, and I know their employees wouldn’t behave rudely. I interact with their employees all the time, and they’re great.

Horribly disappointed. Once again, the app hasnt worked in two weeks, and judging by the plethora of complaints I have email across social media, Citizens Bank doesnt really care if it works or not.... however they are quick with their fat greedy little hands to thwart you with a fee for this that and the other thing even before the transaction is processed. Disgusting. Yeah, Have another CEO champagne brunch on the backs of your customers, you moneygrubbing CEO pigs. Remember, if you possibly can manage it, when we have a problem you are useless and clueless time and trued.... People, go find another bank!!!...these people are incompetent at customer service, but certainly know how to help themselves to your money. Absolute thieves.

Wrost branch of citizens.I opened an account on april with 225 USD as bonus. The banker told me any direct deposit can give u that bonus. I made a 400 USD direct deposit.I never got the bonus .after 6 months I contacted the branch they told it must be 500 USD minimum deposit. They charged me 3 USD for statement. The banker never explained me this. I enrolled later as paperless.stay away. Dnt open ur account here.

Do not use this branch. They were incompetent and not knowledgeable. I went to this branch to deposit bonds and was notified about the $1000 limit. I filled out the proper information and then waited while the teller calculated the price. Unfortunately she stamped all the bonds as "paid" and signed that they were paid out before paying out the bonds or even checking to ensure that the total amount was not over the limit. When we learned that it was $8 over the limit, she returned one of the bonds but it already had "paid" stamped on the front and she signed the back attesting that she had paid. The teller assured me that I could go to any other bank and they would see online that the bond had not been paid and I would not have any trouble. I asked again if this was true as it seemed off to me. She was fairly rude in her response and seemed indignant that I didn't trust this information. Well after checking with other banks none were able to cash the bond because she had stamped and signed it. They even called the treasury to verify this. It was disappointing that not only did the teller make a mistake by denoting that the bonds were paid without actually having done so, but after realizing her mistake, she was not even apologetic and then gave incorrect information. I do not recommend this location.

Just look at the reviews. All NEGATIVE !!! Recently one of their Managers (I sent certified mail to all of their board of directors and my attorney) she stated to me " You are mentally incapable of understanding simple English"....They returned with a BS response. I know it will cost me more to prove their fraudulent business practices. But that's one of my goals. Clean out the Scum..........
