Always a line and at least 6 -10 min wait easily if you the only 2nd person in line. The set up is terrible and it's an easy excuse not to get people in and out in a timely manner. Why have 4 windows when only 1 runs

Super long wait times, waited an hour for a small RX to get filled that my doctor sent over 30 mins prior to that. Some hopsital employees so trying to cut the long line. When your Rx is ready they make you wait in line all over again. Chaotic. Avoid getting your RX filled here if you can.

Waiting in line spent 30 minutes and they told me that I’m in the wrong line. Someone told me to be in the the wrong line to start with. Luckily this place is cheap.They also gave me parts of the meds they were supposed to dispense (not intended partial). Make sure you count your pills and match the drug profile online. How can management allow this?! Who runs this place?I recommend you redo the pharmacy so we can see what all the staff is doing in the back. The transparency will prevent them from slacking (hearing about CHA’s work culture, they most likely are).Go to a pharmacy to get the vaccine if you can because the poor pharmacists there need to meet a quota or they may get demoted.I will definitely not come back even though it’s cheap. It’s not worth it.

Seriously why does it take so long? Waiting in line and the same customer has been at the window over 15 minutes now. Most ridiculous thing I've ever seenUpdate: in line again. Same story. Why does this take so long. Customer service training in need at this location badly!

Can't reach them by phone. Calling from dedicated landline and corporate full-bars cellphone has same result: strange hold music interrupted by odd swooshing noises, followed by the line hanging up after 10 minutes of waiting. Every time. Really broken phone system. Don't advertise a number if you don't receive calls. Don't leave customers holding indefinitely with broken disturbing music half-playing. Don't randomly terminate the call without answering it or saying all staff are busy. Phone support is truly and completely broken, incompetent, and frankly depressing. Just trying to see whether they have boosters available today. Complete fail.
