This pharmacy sucks!!! Bad employees and bad system. Need to improved. Patients are the one paying for your job. Be nicer and have a better system. Ridiculous ?

CAUTION!! Took our son here to get routine vaccinations, and an untrained nurse gashed open his leg with the needle because she failed to hold him properly (see attached pics). Needless to say I was horrified and furious, but despite multiple efforts to start a conversation about how to ensure this never happened again, I never got more than a bland apology from the staff. They also claimed that this nurse was very well trained and they had "no concerns about her competence," which was frankly insulting in light of what happened. There were never any consequences for the nurse and she is still practicing there unsupervised. I'm sorry to leave this review because I had good experiences at this clinic prior to this incident. Their adult practice has a great group of clinicians. But the fact that this could happen to you and your child, if you happen to be seen by that peds nurse, is enough to make me discourage anyone from taking their child there.

This is literally the most backward, unhelpful, disorganized medical practice I have ever had the misfortune to visit. I made an appointment for my son, and when I showed up for it the front desk staff told me that the appointment was at a different date and time. I know for a fact the error was on their end since the date/time they claim I made the appointment for us during a weekly team meeting at my job that I never schedule missing. So I rescheduled for another day that actually did work with my schedule. On the morning of the rescheduled appointment I called the office to confirm if the appointment was at 10:20am or 10:40am. When I called the person answering the phone told me that he didn't have an appointment. When I started asking questions she claimed "we called a few days ago to confirm and his dad said to cancel it and he would reschedule." When I asked her how that's possible she told me the phone number they called- THEY HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER AND CLAIMED A COMPLETE STRANGER CANCELLED MY SONS APPOINTMENT. I have a cell phone number from a different area code, I highly doubt a complete stranger would cancel my sons appointment if they had been given any information like his first name, the appointment location or the providers name. Both of these instances ended with the staff acting like I'm the airhead in the situation, offering no apology whatsoever for their incompetence.

This place is horrendous and I will not be returning. Setting aside the hour wait to be seen, the staff working the front desk are not my favorite people. They were rude and uninviting. When I was finally seen by the nurse, I was under the impression that she was not at all qualified for the job after a few minutes. At last, I was seen by the doctor and the series of unfortunate events did not end. He wrote me a prescription for the wrong medication! All in all, the whole establishment gave me the heebie jeebies.
