This is an worst eastern bank brunch I ever see.. I don’t go there anymore. The people in the teller are nasty and worst behavior..

I’m not sure why but most times I try to use online banking to transfer from one account to another there seems to be a message in the app that reads: “Mobile Banking Unavailable”I will certainly dispute any overdrafts if that ends up happening as a result of unreliable technology.(Former Century Bank longtime customer)

It was 100% the worst service I ever got from the Asian bank manager to the colored BIG lady in teller #1 time 2:45 Fri September 8th!! Sooo sad as a consumer
