After their renovations over the winter, I really love the atmosphere a lot more. It’s more open, much brighter lighting, and feels more productive but also relaxing. Prior to their renovations it felt very uncomfortable and not relaxing. But now there are nice tables and chairs and an overall brighter complexion.

Great space to work out of! All the amenities you need including free WiFi, plugs, refreshments from the coffee shop. Friendly bank reps who are completely non-obtrusive and quite helpful.

Great drinks and fast service Only complaint is that they always got the ordered size wrong (small instead of large). The picking up area/countertop is also confusing. Always packed with people waiting for their drinks and confusion along with it. I will be back for the good drinks. Hopefully the right order next time.

Visited the cafe seeking help with my checking account. Anthony, ambassador of the cafe, helped us a lot. He was friendly, attentive, and persistent to resolve the issue we had. I would recommend anyone who has problems with capital one account to visit here and look for Anthony.

Used to be my favorite coffee shop in Harvard square, before they broke up with Peet's. The new coffee brand is nowhere close. I will just go to Peet's now.

This cafe is larger and cuter on the inside than it looks on the outside. It has seating. The staff are very friendly. The coffee is decent or very good if you get the 50% discount with your capital one card.

Didn't eat here but it's not a fully functional bank, and therefore it's a shitty one. We couldn't get money order's or cashier's checks when we went in person because everything there is digital. We would've had to order them ahead of time, which wasn't possible because this was for an apartment with an extremely tight timeline. What is the point of a bank with that much overhead when everything is digital anyways??? The guy talking to us was very nice, it's not his fault but its extremely frustrating

It's an inviting cafe where you're welcome to linger. And if you're a Capital One member you get a discount on your coffee. Boom?

Came to the Capital one branch in Harvard Sq, was a served by Stephen and he was super lovely, I needed to set up 360 account and it was a smooth process, the barista also offered some coffee too. Stephen also provided insights into the saving account which I set up too. After my account was set up Stephen also helped me set up the mobile app with the zelle part - super efficient and I felt that I left the cafe with all the products I needed.

Pros: I would come very often to get their delicious iced matcha lattes (sweetened), which are super delicious. If you have a CapitalOne card, you get 50% off drinks, so it was a very inexpensive and tasty treat whenever I passed by. I also often come by to use the ATM and the staff are always very welcoming and eager to help.Cons: The way they make their matcha lattes involves some shaking and thus aeration, so unfortunately the 50% off cost is accompanied by 50% off liquid. The two pictures are of my drink right after ordering, and then after I put it aside for 22 minutes (without taking a sip). Sad

Yes hi my name is Richard Wallace and I have come down to the Capital One Cafe in Harvard square actually the only one that's I had access to from the Dorchester area I've come all the way from Phil's corner and Dorchester Mass to come to this facility to receive some assistance and activating my credit card you have a individual who works here her name is May boy and her assistant were very very instrumental and assisting me in initializing my Capital One credit card without her help I would have been discombobulated in unable to accomplish the small task as she has shown me how easy it is to process the information that I needed to activate this account her grace and patience with me and helping me to understand the process was truly truly inspirational and helpful I believe you should give her a bonus raise for this assistance because she was so patient and caring and helping me understand the process of a electronic banking system which I had no idea in dealing with so once again I would like to express my gratitude and thanks for having to be in the presence of such a knowledgeable individual May boy it's spelled m e i b u y who works at the Harvard square Capital One Cafe she is the number one ambassador to this facility in once again you should give her a bonus and a raise for being so patient she even stayed overtime to assist me in activating my card
