I love Cambridge Honda. For many years now, I have bought cars there and have all my service there. The guys are just great..Glen has always taken very good care of me and my car: explaining what has been done; what needs to be done. He also lets me know what is priority and what can wait; I really appreciate this. My rating: a million stars.and today I drove off in another Honda. Rueben was great!

I'm not one to write reviews in general but my experience was so terrible at Cambridge Honda that it left me no choice. Firstly my apologies to Mike Carroll. He was an exceptional salesperson who we literally went back there for specifically. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. The General Sales Manager Javel Sosa however, was hands down the most unprofessional, rude, condescending person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. We weren't sure if we wanted to go with the car he was offering on the first day and told him that we'd let him know by end of day. When I went to look at the offer one more time he quite literally snatched the paper from my hands and snapped "NOPE, thats mine" which was off putting at minimum. His interaction with us was the real reason we were considering finding a deal elsewhere, not the deal itself. When we went back to buy the next day he was even more rude, outright insulted our intelligence, and when I asked him not to do that (insult me) he told us we were being combative and argumentative. Before I could say that I would take the deal, he yelled at us that he wasn't offering it anymore and that we can go buy a car elsewhere and that he didn't want our business. There was a show room full of people all staring and they were horrified. What is even more frustrating is that I'm a nurse with very few weekends off (especially holiday ones!) and I spent my entire weekend back and forth with them and nothing to show for it. If you are in need of a new car, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

I always go to Cambridge honda. I scheduled a 9am oil change appointment. I arrived at 9:07am, I told the front desk that I had an appointment for an oil change and that I was having issues with my tire balance. I sat down and waited in the waiting room. They did not touch my vehicle until 11am, I know this because I have a remote starter with an app on my phone that records when my vehicle starts. I was told at 1:00pm that it wouldn’t be much longer. I was then told at 2:00pm that it would be 20 more minutes. Finally being done at 2:30pm. Overall I sat and wasted almost a whole day at the dealership when an oil change/tire balance shouldn’t have taken more than 2 hours max. And apparently having an appointment doesn’t matter.
