I have been going to this store for the last 7 Years plus ! Lady and Gent have been amazingly helpful, very polite , and it is the only store of its kind in Boston . If you love yourself then you know they Only Sell Quality! Period . The 1 star should shop on line rather then go feel and try their amazing stuff !Thank You !

Nicest people, and great selection and quality. These people know their business and products, which is so refreshing. The people complaining about this business are upset they aren’t getting full refunds after wearing the shoes! This is not Amazon!! People are crazy.

The lady in there was loud, and rude! Not to mention inflexible. I don't understand if she was being serious, or joking with me. When I said because of my disability I have issues with understanding voice tones, she acted dismissive! NTM she called me a "weirdo", and wasn't helpful!

I went in knowing exactly the styles I wanted and was prepared to spend $400 on two pairs of shoes, but the owner was extremely rude and unhelpful (among other things, I had to ask for my size three times before she finally gave me what I asked for), and so I left without buying anything because her attitude and arrogance were horrendous. I will not be back.

Store worker unnecessarily expressed pro NRA sentiments, was cussing and panicking when too many people were in her store and generally was unpleasant to be around. And to add insult to injury, her Birkenstock supply was not good.It was clear that her customer service skills were not adequate, and an environment of such anxiety and stress was very unpleasant. Her sales pitch was deceitful and contained mostly irrelevant information of the German and Portugese origin of the factories of some of her limited supply. I will never return to this store, and I implore you to go online or elsewhere.

there is no store like Cambridge Clogs. I have worked in restaurants for several years and I needed to replace my old Danskos. I thought I wanted one thing and I tried them on, but my feet were wobbling and they were bad for my arches. Elizabeth helped me in less than 5 minutes, gave me a discount, and I was on my way. don't for one second listen to the poor reviews

Fantastic! I’ve been buying the same style, size, and color of Birkenstocks for years. Every 4 years they wear out and I replace them. This time around I chose to order through Cambridge Clogs just because they’re local, but MAN they added value in a shopping experience I was convinced had no room for added value. After checking out my feet, the owner suggested I actually try the narrow version for better fit. I didn’t even know narrow existed. They were totally right and I’m in love with my new (narrower) Birkenstocks!

Please see all the other reviews about the horrible owner of this store, they are absolutely accurate. I live in the area and found this store on the Birkenstock website as an authorized retailer, and stopped by having no idea the sort of person I was about to encounter. This is the kind of person that is so clearly unhappy that they just cannot help take it out on any customer that walks in wanting to browse or try things on instead of buy something then and there. She immediately asked if I was there to actually buy shoes, which was a really bizarre thing to say. I told her I was just looking around, and she treated me like garbage afterwards. I mentioned that I bought a pair of these sandals online, and she got real bitter complaining that "the online thing is putting shops like hers out of business". It got really bad at the end though. I explained that I'm looking to replace my old pair of birkenstock sandals soon and they feel like they don't exactly fit right, so I wanted to check that off my list and confirm the proper size since birkenstock sizes for both length and width. She snarled at me and said "Oh so you're just using me for a fitting service" and then turned her back on me and walked away. I then said "Summer is around the corner and I live nearby", and she snapped again and said with a nasty attitude "Well maybe we'll get the sale then". Not the brightest crayon in the crayon box, because I would've otherwise come back when I decided to replace my sandals. It's not "the online thing" that is causing her business to suffer, it's just the bad customer service from her miserable personality. Sad to see someone who clearly is their own worst enemy.
