Oh my. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to utilize this service. I was shocked when a small car, like an old Prius, appeared. It simply said cab on the door. LOL. Inside the car the smell of Indian curry was overwhelming. Likely they deliver food as well. I needed to wind the window down. I was meeting colleagues at a restaurant and I didn't want to be seen getting out of the car. I had the driver pull around the corner.

I ordered a cab for Logan Airport for 5 am the next day. The dispatcher picked up at my first call, processed my payment immediately, and a driver showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, ready to go. Overall, a smooth and seamless experience and would use again.

7/13/19 Driver on Mystic in Cab 160 plate 2344 driving at 9:00 PM in the dark with no lights on. Ignored blink on / off signals from me in car behind. I don't know if the driver is a senior citizen or had a recent tragedy and isn't all together there. But that driver is not safe, please contact him/her and correct this behavior.
