Went to grab a few things at this smoke shop (Cambridge Central Square location) and there was a sign on the door that said “be back in 5 minutes, thank you.” I waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up. Stay classy Bluemoon Smoke Shop!

I went to smoke shop to buy a cigarette.I asked him cigarette but the guy was suddenly rude to me.he came to discuss with me when I asked him for cigarette????Someone who was gave him job need to be very careful.You loose your customer.And he need to be taken at mental.I will never and ever goes there to buy anything.I recommend to everyone who lives in cambridge not to go there.Feel very disappointed ,and bad very experience.This man needs to be treat soon please.

Employees are not knowledgeable about their products. I told the employee I wanted the cheapest box mod that would fit a 510 threaded atomizer. She sold me a pod system vape for $50 and then would not allow me to return it, despite it being unopened and having the receipt, because I had left the store before closely inspecting the box.

I went to Harvard Ave shop, where they ripped me off for a pipe. The price was $30, but when I got home, the tag clearly said $16. They said too bad. Avoid this place like the plague. Probably a corporate chain.

Always great service and the best prices around but there is a new store that opened up down the street in Central Square I won't mention the name but I would not recommend it it's not affiliated with the blue moon company the Blue Moon company is the best for prices and in service

Not the best customer service, expired hemp drinks. Do not recommend. Much better shops around, wish the people working there had the answers to my questions. Pricing not bad but i would pay way more if they had better service
