I've been a Bedworks customer for about a decade now. It sounds from some earlier reviews like they had a bit of a rough patch logistically, but I'm happy to report that they just delivered my new sofabed ahead of schedule -- they quoted three months, and it was in my living room in just 68 days.The couch itself is wonderful, in large part because it's *not* a couch, or a futon, or a bed. It's shaped like a couch, convertible like a futon, and sturdily constructed like a bed.Khat is, as always, a delight to work with, and even arranged us an especially convenient delivery time outside normal business hours.

I am replacing my old mattress. Bedworks again helped me. I use a specially made rare box spring folding futon.I was assisted by Khat. He kindly found my old order and arranged a new purchase and delivery. He is excellent. I highly recommend Bedworks.

After telling us it might take 2 months to build and deliver our order, this business is 1 whole year behind in delivering our purchase, with no signs of delivering our order anytime soon. We wanted to buy from them as a local business, but this has gone much more poorly than I imagined it could have.I will advise you only to purchase from Bedworks if you do not mind not receiving your product.Service: Furniture design

Bed designs that are, in theory, ideal for narrow city dwellings. I say in theory because I have been waiting the better part of a year for a bed ordered and paid for in August 2022. From the start, they said it would take a few months to fulfill, which was entirely understandable given supply-chain issues post Covid. But going on 8 months later when I check in I keep getting unconvincing excuses, e.g., "the owner is just about to place the order" "the owner is just back from vacation" etc. etc. Hate to speak ill of a local business that I would love to continue to support, but consumers should take note. That said we bought a futon and frame made there years ago and continue to be satisfied with its quality.

Great customer service. Khat is very personable and professional. He has been quite helpful in my decision making. I have purchased from Bedworks several times in the past and the styles never gets old. The quality and service never changes, always 5 star products.

Loved the bed in the beginning, but the lack of hardwood in the design becomes a problem later on. The MDF is not supportive enough, and as a result after several years of use it is constantly creaking and making loud noises any time any pressure is applied on the mattress. Even the slightest movement caused the entire bed to creak, making it difficult to sleep. It looks great but would recommend paying slightly more somewhere else to get something made of hardwood.

I bought a futon frame and mattress from this store in 1985. The mattress lasted this long because it was only used for guests. But it finally needed replacing and I went back to Bedworks. Purchased the east/west mattress and a cover. The sales person loaded it easily into my car and off we went. The mattress will probably be great - once the awful insecticide smell subsides and I can be in the same room with it. Thankfully, I can have the mattress airing in a room with windows open and door closed. And thankfully it don't need to use it right away. After 2 days, it is still a cloud of chemicals. As an aside, the store itself could use a serious decluttering and cleaning. It does not make a great impression.

I purchased a mattress from these people, which is advertised to keep its strength and firmness for over 20 years. Well, after five years it grew very soft and offers no support. I contacted the store and they asked me a bunch of questions and promised to do something. I followed up and they said they would get back to me. This went on for over six months before they stopped responding to emails and stopped returning my calls. In short, their mattresses are poor quality, customer service is lacking, and they do not honor their guarantees.

I called Bedworks Cambridge and a kind, friendly gentleman named Khat helped me replace my special order old mattress and have a new one delivered to my home. He found my previous purchase invoice and arraigned everything over the phone. All details accomplished with speed and accuracy. Great service!I highly recommend Bedworks Cambridge and thank you Khat! He was great.

I have purchased several futons and Frames from bedworks they are number one. Service and attention to detail unimportant and they excel at it. They love their customers and their customers love them back it's very simple. I'm heading there today to get another futon I would never think of going anywhere else.
