Such a weird interaction with one of their retail associates. She handed us test strips and specifically said "use these so you don't put the test lotion on". I literally smelled a lotion and she sprinted across the store to tell me I wasn't allowed to smell lotion? Saying you don't know where that has been and shoved more test strips in my hand. I was so turned off by the situation I felt like I couldn't touch anything in the store and just left.So inappropriate and completely unnecessary. Does not need to be working the floor for sales

This store like most bath and body works store is filled with friendly staff. As with most large companies they are getting greedy with the way they offer their discounts….. they create a ‘need’ for products at hugely inflated prices

Cambridge MA store. Not sure why the doors are locked. Scheduled hours today are 11am to 7pm. It's 1245 pm and I've been here since 1130 (thought they might have closed for lunch if short staffed, but no sign of anyone...)

The lady working here is extremely rude and lacks cistomer service skills. If you ask her a simple question about the offers, she will give you a leaflet and tell you to just scan that instead of asking her. Their point of sale system was down and she kept arguing that I did not tap my card on time like I should know exactly when to tap and blamed me for the delay in making a payment. Do not go here. They make it sound like you made the worst mistake of your life going into this store.

Bad experience and poor customer service! I ordered online and pick up in store during the vacation in Boston. The staff packed the wrong item, i discovered when i was back to hotel. I bought 4 bottles of shower gel, but the staff gave me 3 shower gel and 1 body lotion. Due to labor day, i am unable to reach out to customer service until Tuesday. I have already back to Baltimore, and the nearest store is 5 miles away from my apartment. It is unreasonable to ask me paying extra $30-40 for taking uber to the store for exchange the wrong item, which is caused by staff’s mistake! Why should I suffer, not my mistake. Bad customer service.

I scanned a few of their items on the Yuka app, and they have terrible ratings for ingredient safety. If you want some carcinogens in and around your body, this is the brand for you. Yikes ...

I love this place! The staff were very polite and helpful and It always has everything I like. Especially during the winter clearance sale. I was fortunate enough to get all my fave scents up to 75% off. Good thing I went when I did otherwise they would have been sold out!
