Reading some of the very recent bad reviews, it thought I would give the branch the benefit of the doubt. Couldn't be possible they would discriminate like the bad reviews stated. So, we went in to open a. MIT student checking account along with my son. At first, things went well, and we began the process with the first lady who was assisting us. Having us download the app and create a profile, etc. But in the middle of it, another lady (supervisor, I supposed) overhearing our conversation without greeting us, pulled our assistant aside to have a private conversation, and that's when things changed. Suddenly, there was no time to help us anymore. Asked us to come back another day. Definitely felt the discrimination from the supervisor level and above. Maybe if my son and I had walked in wearing Armani suits and ties, I probably would have been treated differently. It's so sad that this banks branches bad reviews are so true.

At first glance I thought maybe it was just ATMs but it turns out the financial center is upstairs on the second floor. It’s very spacious and nice.

Worst customer relationship staff in this branch. They don’t care about the customer moving to another bank with over 100 K funds and closing the account due to their bad service. Definitely moving to another bank.

Worst bank in the world. I have a platinum honors account. My wife transferred money from her BOA to our joint BOA account and this bank is unable to verify this and issue a time sensitive check. Will close my account and move to a real bank.

The manager was very polite and helpful. Elona Vidhi helped me open my bank account and thoroughly answered every question I had. She was very informative. She answered all my questions with a consistent professional demeanor even when closing time passed. All of the staff I interacted with was very welcoming and professional. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!

Very helpful staff. A banking manager helped us open an account, Mr Luiz Gonzalez. He was extremely friendly. Since we were exchange student who just came to the US, he was giving alot of helpful advice. And we went around 4pm, no crowd, we were attended immediately!

Using this BOA location for Public Notary services felt like a hostage situation. The banker held onto my ID and wouldn't let me leave until we had completed a 45 min tour of their products. I highly recommend avoiding this location if you need to accomplish any banking in a timely manner.
