Their willingness to dive in, help and get to the bottom of the issue even when this is not their fault from the beginning, has been what saved my day truly! Here is my story, I entered the store to ask how can i activate my esim after i receive my prepaid sim and this gentleman invited me to the store to provide me help with my setup. I went to store the next day to get help on my prepaid sim activation. We’ve struggled with it couldn’t activate it and guided me to get a new line and they were super helpful until that point. I tried to get a contracted line however since I’m a foreigner housewife I couldn’t ? and I’ve been told because of this problem and my account is still unactivated and I wont be charged. :) Story goes down the hill from now on! After 10 days I realized that I actually get charged and they actually activated my account, even received the text that says they activated the account but didn’t tell me. So I called the customer service to cancel it because obviously i bought another line from Mint mobile after they sent me home empty handed. I learned that i cannot get paid back or cancel the payment cuz my phone got activated in the very first day!Obviously this a huge was waste of time with 2 hours at the store and more than 3 hours on the phone with customer service plus 105 dollars of charge for 3 months prepaid. Plus I’ve been told that I cannot use my prepaid number longer than a given period which is 3 months in my case but clearly this was wrong too. Now I’m guided correctly and I know I can use my phone as long as I pay for it. Long story short if you buy a prepaid phone just handle it yourself you don’t need this drama in your life.

Store Manager Angel and his team made sure I had a smooth transition from my IPhone 13-15. This was after a nightmare dealing with ATT customer service that incorrectly activated my iPhone 14 making it impossible to upgrade at the time. Any future cellular needs I am confident this store will take care of me. It’s sad that ATT customer service has no reps in this country and outsources everything. At least I can still go to my local store to service my needs that allows me to continue running my businesses. Thank you to Angel and his team for their support!

Alex Fustamante is one of the hardest working employees I have met at AT&T. I came in with a problem with not being able to set up the SIM card in my phone properly, and he was able to be patient and assist me throughout the entire process. If you are having trouble, or need clarification on anything at AT&T, please request Alex. Very kind, pays attention to detail, etc.

After a MOST productive talk with Angel this afternoon, I now FINALLY understand why I may not be able to get online when others would; why there's sometimes a delay when accessing a certain app...AND why it'd be beneficial to get a new phone; not a sales pitch, just a good ol' informative exchange!! I purchased an iphone 14 through ATT online and wanted to exchange the unopened item for an iPhone 14 pro in store. The customer service rep told me it wasn’t possible to do so- when I was already told by ATT over the phone that it was possible, and the website explicitly states that exchanges and returns can be processed in an ATT store.

Angel (the store manager) was incredible at his job and gave excellent customer service. I had been to several stores to get my SIM activated without success and he was able diagnose/resolve it for me in just a few minutes on a Sunday evening close to closing. He genuinely took care of me and feels like the kind of person who really looks after his customers and his team. Thank you again and I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
