“The service was phenomenal. Toured with Jay and he was awesome. We honestly fell in love with the place and signed the day we toured. We told them we loved it, but we wanted a little less on the 14 month lease and Jay did the best he could for us and got us a month free and a little extra! Answered all our questions with enthusiasm and they really seemed to want us there and help us out where they could. I couldn’t recommend the service more. I move in this May and couldn’t be more excited. We worked mostly with Jay, but everyone was so helpful on the team!!!”

“The longer I stay, the more I understand why this place gets a high rating. The concierge team, including Kyle, Mustapha, Amir, Junior, and Maria, are amazing in all aspects. They always greet me with kind smiles and help me whenever I need their help. Especially Kyle, Amir, and Mustapha offered me great help during my move-in process and my family visit. I am thankful to live in a nice apartment with great location, facilities, and most importantly, welcoming people.”

“Vivo is a wonderful place to live I've lived here for 5 years in a studio apartment I just moved into a 1-Bedroom marvelous I planned to make VIVO my home for another 5 years or more definitely a place to call home.”

“University Park - 91 Sidney is an amazing place to call home. We have been staying here for many years and love the location, building and the amenities. The management office staff are very helpful and responsive. Specifically, Joseph A from the management team has been extremely great to work with and very accommodating of our requests. Overall, we would highly recommend this place.”

“I have been very pleased with living here thus far. The first thing I will mention that really sets this place apart is the staff. They are real standout gems, from the leasing office (Kaity, Ted, Brent, and Jordan) to the maintenance team (shoutout to Chris). Everyone’s level of professionalism is impressive and refreshing. They are so good at updating/communicating with residents via email about things in advance which is much appreciated. I feel they go out of their way to address any concerns and make residents feel comfortable living here to the best of their ability. It also feels like fellow residents are friendly and share a level of mutual respect.

The gym, outdoor grills, composting option, bike racks, whirlpool appliances, nearby walking/running trails, nearby alewife station, convenient parking, and package lockers are great.

Regarding previous comments, I want to mention that the fire alarms have decreased significantly (haven’t heard one in a few weeks now), which tells me that management is adequately addressing the underlying issue.

Overall, I think that Windsor is a lovely place to call home.”

“My fiancé and I absolutely loved living at the Lofts at Kendall Square. We had the most beautiful apartment with tons of natural light, the onsite gym was an excellent feature that we used each day, and the team took such care planning social events for the community to participate in. But the biggest thing I want to shout out is how incredible Seth and the rest of the management team were when we had to unexpectedly break our lease early. I don’t think ever experienced such a kind and responsive leasing office of all the places I’ve lived. If you’re considering the Lofts, go for it!!”

“I lived here for a while now. I love this place because of the following reasons:1. Outstanding management and maintenance team. They go above and beyond to help you. Mike, the manager is really proactive and get things done as needed.2. Great locations for public transportation and easy commute. Has huge park just crossing the street. I love my morning or afternoon walks on this huge park.3. It has plenty of car parking space. It costs you few bucks but you don’t need to worry about car parking (and that’s a big deal in Boston!).4. My apartment was really clean and has no issues. If I needed anything, they helped within 24 hours or earlier.5. Finally, I felt home here. The people on this community are respectful and friendly. “We have lived at Parkside Place for the past three years and have had an excellent experience!

Key qualities that we have always been satisfied with include:

- The management and staff (David, Penny, and others) are so caring and responsive to our legitimate requests.
- The neighborhood and amenities are accessible.
- The maintenance team is VERY PROMPT in their responses!!!
- The community is so family-friendly, and our baby boy is always greeted with warmth by both the staff and residents.
- The concierge staff (Peter, Haile, Joe) are outstanding, providing attentive, respectful, and excellent service.

I would suggest that rent increases be made a bit more predictable.

Overall, I had a wonderful time living here.

“New tenantI'm giving it a 5, great location, stunning view of Charles River and Boston skylines.The fact that it's central to everything makes life super easy.Decent apartment with stairs on the inside, I like the added space, the window railings can use a bit of a touch up, but this is minor, and can be fixed by a simple coat.I really like the fact that I am able to wake up to the views every single day.The staffs are very helpfulIt might not be a modern apartment, but it's been retouched on the inside and feels very homely.Neighbors are polite & generally easy going. I love the tranquil that comes with the apartment and ofcourse its centralization.Cons:You have to pay a monthly fee for parking, when I rented here I wasn't sure I wanted a car, now that I'm planning to get one, this my only pain.”
