Do not go to this company. They are a rip-off and do not honor warranties. They do not care about customers returning to their business. I recently had a flat tire on a tire that I bought from them, and they refused to fix it. Saying it was caused by a street hazard. Of course, why else would I have a flat? They said they don't cover repair if its from a street hazard. That doesn't make any sense. A nail, or debris in the road, caused the flat. I bought tires from them in 2023 and spent over $1800.00 in service for tires and brakes. They definitely shared that my tires would be protected under warranty for the life of the tire. They are not honoring this.
I do not recommend anyone go to this company, and I am reporting to the BBB and anywhere else I can.

Great tire replacement service at this shop. Came in around 8am and Rick was able to put on a new set of tires and do state inspection the same morning! He also talked through the different tire options they provided, and clearly laid out the pricing for the options before the service was done.

I never thought inspections and auto work could be so successful, satisfying, and yes, even enjoyable. Rick, Nate and the Advance crew treat their clients like family and they do great work. Always a pleasure doing business with them. My 10 year old car feels the same way. Thank you Advance team!

Rick fit me in when I had a flat tire within 15 minutes of me calling. He was kind, courteous, and even though he could’ve charged me whatever he wanted, his pricing was fair.

So impressed with not only the service but also the empathy from the guys at advance tire company. My family was all loaded up for a road trip that we needed to embark on only hours from when we got an irreparable flat tire. Despite a completely full docket, they squeezed us into their schedule and got us all set up to hit the road with no delay. A+++ for convenience

Run by the absolute nicest people! I had a wonderful experience here, I called same day to get a tire rotation and oil change and they were able to accommodate. They were amazing and finished way ahead of anticipated wait time. Everyone I talked with or dealt with was just so kind. I would highly recommend!

Professional, quick to respond, and helpful communications.
After a stressful long experience getting towed for a flat tire to here when closed at night, it was so refreshing in the morning to communicate with a couple helpful people including the owner Rick. They got not just my flat but other tires and a sensor fixed up within a few hours.
The 5% military discount was appreciated too!

I appreciated that they fixed my flat tire and the broken sensor first thing in the mornning when I brought it in. However, i do not beleive the indiviudal I dealt with was honest.First: they charged me $130 for repairing the tire (new sensor and inflating tire) and putting on car. Was this a fair price? I live in western Ma - in Northampton the same product and service cost me $60) Second: The person I dealt with was somewhat adamant that I needed 2 new front tires. this contradicted the advice I had been given and subsequently reaffiremd at another tire shop that the tires were fine for now.Third: They told me I needed two new sensors. I brought it to my local tire shop which replaced one bad sensor and charge me $60 less then half what Advance charged per sensor. The fix turned off the warning light.I think someone less experienced then myself would have been overwhelmed by the salesman and seriously ripped off. As it is I feel taken advantage of but given that I was visiting in Boston I consider it to be the price of having to go to a place I didn't know or trust.I used the reviews to choose to go there which were generally good. I hope by posting this future customers can be forewarned.
