The guys were amazing. They were focused and efficient and handled everything with care. We are moving again in 5 months, and we will absolutely use Intelligent Labor and Moving for our return move.

This is the second time I’ve used intelligent movers. This first time I moved in a snow storm. They showed up with a great Additude and carefully packed up my belongings and moved me to my new location. They shoveled me out as well! I had such a great experience first time I knew I had to use their services again.
This recent move was no different. Had a great team who where incredibly nice and helpful. They were so thorough and careful with my things. Did I mention it was torrential rain? Again, this team had a great attitude through the whole process. Even though they were soaked through, my furniture was not.
Incredibly grateful for intelligent movers team 1000% recommend to anyone who is moving, you won’t regret it.

We hired Intelligent Labor and Moving for our move from Brighton to Cambridge. Everything from the initial scheduling through the move day was clear and communicative. KP and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient, didn't complain or seem bothered by our narrow 3-flights of stairs or less than ideal parking situation. Things were wrapped and placed in the truck in a way we felt confident that our stuff was being taken care of. At the new place, they brought everything into the right rooms based on the boxes labels and even asked us where we wanted specific furniture pieces! There was a bit of a hiccup when something got damaged during the move but the management went above and beyond to make it right. This was my first time using professional movers and I will always go back to Intelligent Labor & Moving in the future!

This was our second move with the team. The office followed up with our initial estimate and allowed us to tweak the furniture totals a few days before the move to make sure everybody was on the same page. Day-of, the team arrived on-time and ready to go. The guys were super respectful and attentive to our needs, reviewed and confirmed the furniture that needed to be moved and then got started. They had everything out into the truck by lunch. Unloading was just as smooth, and took about 2 hours. They packed everything super well, wrapped items, carefully unpacked, helped with limited assembly, and were great to work with. We ended up a couple dollars over the low estimate but that was due to a few more boxes that got added on :) Thanks guys, see you in a few years!

The Intelligent Labor crew was kind, patient, efficient, careful, skillful, and well-equipped. They handled snow and ice and unexpected circumstances with grace, and complex heavy objects with aplomb. I have already recommended them to friends.

Your team was great, we have moved dozens of times (former military), and never have we had a team go above and beyond so consistently. Your team has done at least three moves for us, they are a pleasure to work with and have taken good care of our belonging at every step along the way. Your scale should go up to eleven, not ten, because that is where I would rank them.

You guys were fantastic from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Phil for talking to a police officer to get parking on my street during a marathon, which made a potentially stressful situation so smooth. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but if I do I will absolutely go through Intelligent Labor & Moving again. Phil and John were a true pleasure to work with, and I am recommending Intelligent Labor & Moving to everyone I know who has an upcoming move.

My partner and I were moving in together from our individual places in Somerville to one place together in Arlington. It was our first time having professional movers and Intelligent Labor's offering of a "greener" move and their affordability made them high on the list. Vinny, Jules and Larry did an amazing job of handling everything from people parked in our reserved spaces to third floor walk up couches. They were such a great group of guys and handled our items with such care and made my partner and I feel incredibly safe and comfortable. In and out it took around 5.25 hours and it was worth absolutely every penny. Next time I move I'll be using Intelligent Labor & Moving again.

Have used them twice. Exceptional service! We had several hundred books to move as well as several pieces of furniture that needed to be partially reassembled to move. They were right on time, super polite, and very efficient. Moved everything to the right rooms and even relocated some things when I realized they wouldn't fit. No damage to items. And the house we moved into still had very fresh wet paint - no marks on walls etc. I'm amazed at how organized they were. Even were able to help with some last minute things we weren't able to pack. Also we have four animals and they were very mindful to make sure they didn't escape or get in the way. I really hope I don't have to move for a long time, but if I do, I'll be using them! I shopped around and got the best quote from them premove as well.

The move went really well and not-stressful at all! When I called to book, the office person gave me all of the information up-front, I received a quote soon after the phone call with additional details. I received a confirmation email, restating all of the details 2 days prior to the day of the move and it also included additional information about what safety measures were put in place to protect the customers and the workers from COVID. The day of the move, the movers - Jean, Chris, and John, were super prompt, super efficient, very careful and organized. In addition, they were very friendly and fun people to be with. They were really on top of everything - asked questions to confirm, and let me know additional details to help me remember what's what on the other side of the move. They put everything back together in my new place to my preferences and again, made quick work of everything. I hope to not have to move for a very long time, but if I do, I will be using Intelligent Labor & Moving and will recommend it to everyone.
