My wife and I had a great experience with Dave Twombly. We were first-time home buyers and found the whole process intimidating and mysterious. Dave was great at meeting us where we were with useful explanations and background information whenever we needed it. He was responsive and generous with his time. He was attentive to the quirks of our home-buying preferences and helped us find a place that met them perfectly. After closing, he left us with useful recommendations for a plumber, an electrician, and even babysitters. Dave made the home-buying process easy. We’d be happy to work with him again.

Dave Twombly is an awesome agent! My husband and I highly recommend working with him and this agency. Dave was patient with us in our home search as we explored different areas and looked at about 30 homes before choosing the one. Dave is honest and direct, and we found this helpful as he pointed out things of concern in a home and gave us his thoughts. He truly wanted us to find a home that we would be happy living him.

We bought our first home with Dave many years ago, and he did such an amazing job that we used him again when looking for a new home this year! He helped us navigate the crazy Boston housing market and kept a cool head even in these tumultuous times. His experience and personality make him perfectly suited to the market - he knows how to present you, the buyer, with the facts and realities of the property that allow you to make a well informed decision. We love the buyers agent method - you don't have to wonder if the agent is secretly steering you towards one of their own properties. Dave is wonderful and we highly recommend him.
