There yesterday to try and get help and there was a gentleman the only person that was there I think his name was Jorge I wasn’t and I’m unsure if that was his name but he is the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever met in my entire life I have worked in the retail community for over a decade and never once did I feel unwanted unnoticed and I would never recommend this place because of that person that works there whoever owns this place needs to teach customer service to this gentleman because the way he treated me and I’m pretty sure the cameras will show it that he was ignorant and rude and he is not somebody that should be working there I would suggest getting rid of that person and finding somebody that understands what customer service is about

Ok, I just moved back to Massachusetts 3 months ago. Tried several vape shops. This was the first one to have what I wanted and more. John was great. It's a drive but the only shop I'll go to.

I purchased a Caliburn A2 here, drove 10 minutes home, opened it and discovered it was totally broken at the magnets to hold in the pods. I called them immediately and they told me they would not take a return or exchange because it left the store! They did not inform me of this policy, so I didn’t know to check the vape before leaving. They instructed me to file a claim with UWell (company that makes Caliburns) and that company will only do warranty claims with a purchase receipt. Unfortunately for me, The Vapeway did NOT give me a receipt! So I’m out $55! This is not a way to do business, especially if you’re not giving a receipt so people can file warranty claims.

I really like the selection of disposable pens and glass. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is bec theres 1 really rude guy. The other guy with the beard and the girl with the lip piercing are really friendly a d helpful.i honestly try not to go in if the rude guy is working

Little disappointing I called asking if they carried a product and wondering a price range. I didn’t want to make a special trip out for no reason. My question was were they expensive and I was just given a hard time. I have a small child, so leaving the house without that child isn’t easy especially if I can’t get what I’m going out for. I would expect a place of business to be accommodating. This is my second negative experience with them, the first time I was sold a vape that charged once and they wouldn’t replace it. I won’t be back.

Went in to replace a vape I had lost. Greeted by Dave. I explained to him what happened and asked what he suggests. Dave’s eyes lite up with joy and talked me through all the devices, with his opinion on each one. After picking out a vape. Dave showed me how to set up the battery, change the coil and fill the tank. Dave was very polite and helpful. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while.Thank you.
