My car stopped running safely. Fast Lane, Ryan n Jessica, fit me in between already scheduled riders, and got me to work on time. Kudos!!! Will call them again. 100% Recommend this business!!!

Fastlane and Ryan and his whole staff are the BEST transportation company out there from Frank and Bob as well as Don, Deb ,Tina, Ben and John they are a 1st class group of drivers. They put your safety and wellbeing ahead of all else. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have a company like Fastlane I have driven with other companies and did so at risk to ourselves. Ryan's drivers are Trained, vetted both locally and federally and that puts us at ease. It's nice to know that when you book a trip you can count on a great ride in a nice vehicle with a friendly driver that has you best interest at heart. I wish there were more companies ran like this. Thank you Fastlane and thank all you drivers.

I can not say enough about how great Fastlane Transportation is. Using them with the frequency that I do , I have not one bad thing to say about Fastlane. There drivers are safe , friendly, vetted both locally and federally which makes me feel safe. It's companies like Fastlane that set the bar for others. I could not imagine booking a ride with any other company other than Fastlane Thank you Ryan,Bob,Frank,Don,Deb,Tina,john and Ben. Keep up the great work

This is an absolute incredible experience to drive with them and be driven by them. I have never experienced a company with such professionalism and I anticipate and I’m excited for the rides that I take with them. They are so kind compassionate and thoughtful the owners wife herself had a little bag of candy on Halloween and it was just so personal and lovely. Also the judgment free zone that they provide within they are rides no matter where you are going it’s just incredible I have not witnessed this before with any company. I have taken many transportation companies in the past and not once have I felt the need to let the world know how underappreciated they are this company is someone that will be in my heart and in my memories forever due to the conversations I’ve had with them and the experience they’ve given me on life. I want to start by saying if I could give this company 10 stars I would! I have had almost all the drivers atleast once and I have to say I'm amazed with the compassion and utter respect I have received by every single one of them. Going to the appointment I attend there is some stigma that comes along with it, I am in recovery and attend a clinic daily, I have never felt judged or less than not once and that is a beautiful thing because in the past I have had some trauma in a PT1 vehicle whether it be the driver or the other clients in the ride share, fast lane is completely different and puts thought in to who they are driving and keeping us safe while in their care. It's something new to me because in my life I haven't always been treated fairly or haven't always earned the respect of others and throughout my time using PT1 through MASSHEALTH have i ever felt so important to a company before. They are helping me on a daily basis learn to become a better version of myself by remaining consistent and honest and helpful. I love this company and having met the owner himself I am proud to have them and would fight for EVERY client using PT1 transportation to have this experience I have the privilege of having with them! Thank you so so so much and I'm so grateful for you all ! I genuinely look forward to my ride with this company daily and tell them about my ups and downs and they are there for me and this needs to be the way EVERY company treats people. I am a person to them and not a paycheck or a number and I cannot stress it enough how there isn't enough people like this in the world. Thank you !

At 3 o'clock today Friday, October 29 I was at a flashing red light intersection because of power outages everyone was correctly treating it like a four way stop your driver decided to drive right through the red nearly hitting me when I lifted up my hand like what's up with that ? he gave me the finger. he's in car number 31 extremely rude. I know for sure that I will never use your service

Was in a crunch and a time restraint. He helped me not only get to the bus station but took the pleasure of helping me find a bus that would take me to the Boston airport. Very blessed for his help as I am not from this area and needed to get where I was going to catch my flight back. Thank u very much God Bless

I personally couldn’t be happier driving with any company. The cars are always clean. Drivers are all super friendly and professional. They have always been on time. Ryan definitely runs his business much better than other company’s I’ve had experience with. So I highly recommend Fast Land for pt1 trips or simply just appointments you may need a ride too! ?. -Kristina F

I have been a employee of fastlane for 2 years now I can honestly say I have been treated fairly by the owner Ryan his cars are always clean well maintained he truly believes in the clients safety and comfort all the drivers in my opinion are thoroughly trained and professional

My daughter was yelled at by driver because after she was dropped off at clinic her parents picked her up and took her to work, instead of going back home, on March 19, 2020.Driver gave her tremendous anxiety threatening to report her, when he’s the one who should be reported!!!
