Pros: all one level, great sales ...and the cutest stool for a child's room...I'm currently using it as a foot stool it's a small elephant with a trunk, floppy ears and a tail I obviously love the store
Cons : unfortunately there was no good music...not elevator music but no music lol... Love to shop listening to good music”

“Wow, we had been having a swimsuit crisis (this happens every year with my daughter, who is now 11 years old but has gone through puberty a bit earlier and is **VERY** sensitive about her body) where nothing works, and a woman on staff (maybe manager?) swept in and SAVED the day! She knew JUST what to say to sell my daughter on finally trying (another) swimsuit (we had to order it from home, full coverage high waisted swim bottoms, but it's on the way!). I am seriously so thankful to this staffer! She was like our swimsuit fairy godmother.”

“I called the store asking a few questions before taking the drive to Burlington. When I arrived at the store there were two associates who were very nice! One women showed me EVERY bra in the store and explained to me what every bra was for. I tried on DOZENS of bras, no exaggeration. The store was closing and I still didn’t feel rushed. I ended up purchasing EIGHT bras! I do not remember either associated names but they were both very helpful. One helped answer all my many questions and the other one fixed all the bras that o didn’t want back onto the hangers!”

Smita shared her keen insights about how to schedule and organize all the logistics with consideration of contingencies. She was very straightforward and easy to work with. Smita organized a team that arrived at 5am on the morning of the wedding and everyone was ready within 3 hours, with ample time and attention spent on each person. Everyone's hair and make-up was beautifully done and lasted the whole day!”

“I live about an hour from this location, but I drive up to visit here about twice a month because it’s worth the drive. The store is exceptionally well organized, and the sales associates are always really friendly with a genuine and helpful disposition.

“Small store but has a good variety and is well stocked. It's well kept with everything folded and neat as a pin. Dressing room was also clean and spacious. I had the pleasure of working with Amanda who helped me with a tedious return/exchange situation and was great about answering all my questions. It seems like the system for returns/exchanges needs to be updated to be more streamlined and easier on the employees but that is a corporate issue and not an individual store issue.”

“So, I had not idea I was a JJill girly. I popped in to see the dress selection for a rehearsal dinner. Tina pulled so many dresses that I was unsure about, but boy was she right! I ended up leaving buying two dresses that I LOVED but never would have pulled for myself. I also bought a shirt and jewelry. Tina really made my whole day, she made it feel like I was shopping with a thoughtful friend. I went home and tried all my new clothes to show my husband. He was also loving the new looks.”
“This store is an excellent resource for Women's clothing in great fabrics -- cotton, linen, wool. While not a fan of EF unflattering shapes and silhouettes, the fabrics, price, & color options (when they work) make up for it. I've always found staff pleasant to chat with and their (mostly) hands off approach suits me.”
