Staff is pretty annoying. Simply was looking at bras and sizes trying to figure out a sister size since it appears they didn’t have my size. A woman approached me asking if I needed help so I told her I need to know my sister size. She told me my size , and then I just started browsing , curious, looking at other bras. I’m a touchy feely person so I was squishing bras and touching them just for the fun of it, until a employee asked me if I needed help with anything, AGAIN.. keep in mind this is like literally the 5th person to ask me if I needed help. This woman had chunky red glasses. I decided to test out this woman’s patience, respectfully, because I was fed up with the staff. I made up an entire lie, saying I didn’t know my sister size after the women had told me. She helped me “get my size” and I even tried on some bras. When I had told her that one of them didn’t fit, she had an attitude telling me “why doesn’t it fit” and thats when I realized I should probably stop being annoying, but I was having too much fun. Tried on more bras and genuinely found a good bra. For any employee reading this, just leave people alone. If they want help they’ll ask for it, gets really annoying when you have people asking the same questions.

Made an online cyber Monday purchase. I have been wearing the same size bra from VS for years but the two that came in didn't fit right. Went to the store to exchange and they measured me to order the correct size. When that order came in the cup size was too big. Went back to the store to go down a size but they couldn't fulfill my order in that size. When trying to get a refund they would only issue me a store credit vs original payment. Spoke cashier called customer service and they were going to override the gift card option and refund my original payment. Never received an email for this so I asked the cashier for a receipt showing I returned the items and they provided a manual receipt that didn't even list the total refund. I called customer service wanting an email because my online account showed items cancelled. The first assistant had phone issues and couldn't transfer me so I had to call back again and get a new representative who didn't even show a return was processed but claimed she would fix it. I ended up receiving an e-gift card email shortly after the call! This was not what was supposed to happen. They couldn't provide my size so I want my original method refunded so I can buy my bras elsewhere. I called back again and the new representative said she fixed the order after working with her for 46 min on a call And that I would receive an email in an hour confirming it. None Of which happened and I still don't see signs of a refund to my original payment. Worst customer service ever!!! I will be refusing to make purchases at any location And buy my bras elsewhere!

Got served by this woman named Naomi. Very respectful, patient, and well-mannered. I was a little bit of a pain-in-the-ass to her asking about different bra sizes, and not knowing where to look for bra's other than the actual store, she was very bubbly and showed me exactly where to find them. Also showed me where the fitting rooms are, and the cosmetic and perfume department in the store (I do have to say, her makeup is on point. Very stunning!) Got me everything I needed. She was getting the clearance deals mixed up when I asked her if I got 2 perfumes for $30, would I get 2 of them for free? She paged in her co-worker on her walkie, and she clarified it for me. I am very thankful for the both of them. Naomi was very talkative and confident, matching the customer's energy, had a great conversation with her. I look forward on giving her my service again, she was amazing! Very neat, and tidy store. Just really expensive.

Service was awful, waited at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came to check me out. I also was looking around and asked for help when I wanted to find something, yet no one really helped me. And looked at me weirdly immediately when I entered, I felt uncomfortable.

I am NEVER one to write negative reviews, but I am so disheartened at how we were treated tonight. My little niece lost her necklace while in the store and was heartbroken. While it is only a kids necklace, it has deep personal meaning for my niece. My mom ran back across the mall to get it back for her, and arrived at the store less than 1 minute after closing. When she got to the door, the girl working immediately started giving her dirty looks because she was closing. My mom nicely and apologetically explained the situation and just asked if the girl could really quickly check for the necklace. The girl told her very rudely that she’d have to call tomorrow. The problem is, we live very far away and we’re heading home tonight, so my niece now has no way of getting it back, and she is so so sad. She has been crying since we left. Even if for some reason the employee couldn’t take the 2 minutes to check for the necklace, she absolutely did not need to be so rude about it. Very upset by this experience.

Worst store experience ever. Cashier was rude and had an attitude for no reason, rolling her eyes and sighting when asked simple questions.Do not come here.

They had a huge line of customers and one overworked teenager at the register. I saw other employees just standing around with other registers vacant. The manager walked past multiple times and did nothing. Went to return one thing and stood behind another customer for 30 mins while they argued about why she should get store credit. When I got to the front, the cashier was so out of it he scanned a random item on the desk and attempted to return that amount to me before I had even taken my returns out of my bag.
