Vicky is Wonderfull! We loved working with her. We met few months prior to prep my house for sale. She had professional photos done and the house looked beautiful on the market. Vicky helped us understand the process and always explaining the following steps ahead. She went above and beyond to make the sale of our house. Vicky's commitment to her work and to protect and represent us to the most difficult situations was something admirable. We also, purchased a home with Vicky and once again, I have never seen someone with such care and professionalism to their clients. Vicky Kustov is hands down one of the best real estate agents in Massachusetts. She knows her real estate and is a plethora of knowledge. I didn’t know where to start when it came to selling a family member’s home. I ‘interviewed’ two other agents, prior to meeting Vicky, and one of them had no idea what she was talking about and the other, didn’t do a good job of selling himself to me. Vicky is honest, very upfront, knowledgeable and warm. She’s the whole package. I honestly feel blessed that we found her because she made the whole home selling process so much easier. Told me what to do and I executed. I wouldn’t even know where to begin if it wasn’t for her. In the end, we got more than expected and the house sold within days. Vicky is unreal and I would highly recommend her 1000%!

Vicky is AMAZING. Five stars are not enough to capture how great she is. We were first time home buyers and Vicky was extremely patient with us as we navigated the housing market's ups and downs over several months. She is knowledgeable on so many fronts and was honest with her impressions on the pros and cons of homes we saw. She took time to explain even the simplest of things to us as we were new to the process. She went above and beyond during the entire process and even after. She had great recommendations for all things home-related once we had an offer accepted. Vicky is a fantastic realtor. She recently represented us in selling a house. We interviewed several realtors and she immediately stood far out of the pack. She presented the best reasoned and most data-driven listing, pricing, and negotiation strategies, gave the best recommendations on how to prepare our house for sale, and wowed us with her project management skills - it was clear that she had developed a time-tested house selling machine. From there, she only exceeded our high expectations and proved to be a force of nature. We hit a few potentially difficult snags along the way, but Vicky gave us great advice and acted as a true partner in ensuring a successful sale. Vicky is a one-stop solution for all your real estate related concerns .. All you need to do is to give her a call/text and the prompt response that starts right after, ends only in you sitting back and relaxing (which rarely happens with any other real estate agents) while she takes care of EVERYTHING .. Including house cleaning, staging, photos, website design, follow ups .. She's unbelievable!

Vicky truly goes above and beyond in supporting the sale of the house - she even stopped by the house on a regular basis just to make sure things were okay (the house was unoccupied).
