My Amazon stuff, shows delivered, the post office say the same thing, and my stuff still not delivered... every time I have to call the post office to take my stuff, lazy service they're terrible. And also, they're taken all my bj's coupons and filling my postal box with all of sort of trash!!

They are very slow and don't care about the customers, you can wait for an hour in the queue. This is truly the worst service you can find anywhere.

Whenever I visit this place, there's always a particular gentleman (bald) with exceptionally poor customer service skills. However, today was the final straw. Despite seeing a long line extending out the door, he chose to shut his window and retreat to the back, leaving the other lady to manage a substantial order all by herself. Why do the people working here seem so miserable?

Becky is very friendly and helpful however wait time is horrible . Was the only person in line but had to wait over 20 minutes to get attended to. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue but they always have one person serving an entire queue

It's the town post office. Mail is sorted and held at the larger processing facility in Woburn. They sell stamps etc here.

Horrible wait time at post office in Burlington,MA one clerk had seen 10 clients in line. Went out in back room to ask for some help and it took two other clerks 25 minutes before they manned the other two wickets/ windows!!!
