Bought something in store, when I brought it up to the register it was clearly underpriced & it didn’t seem like a big deal so I asked if I could grab another and the employee obliged. By the time I had gotten back to the register however, the manager decided to take it upon himself to come up with an arbitrary price to charge me for said item they only had 2 left in the store; which was like a $5 item. Its not even the fact I paid extra, it’s the gray-sided customer service & weasel of a manager who waited for me to walk away to correct the store’s mistake and see if I wouldn’t notice. They could’ve just said something to me & explained the pricing; most stores will honor the mistaken price because the customer is the one saving them money by bringing to their attention. All the clothes look like a 90’s highschooler’s closet too. Go back to making sweaters like you’re supposed to, cut it out with the fast fashion.

Expensive for the quality of goods. A lot of junk that never seems to get purchased. But I did find one decent casual pullover for my husband.

Unbelievably horrendous customer service. I purchased 8 curtains online & waited months for them to ship. I was told to cancel the order & re-order them. That turned out to be a nightmare. The Customer Service department was clueless & not very knowledgeable. I asked for a Supervisor several times but none came to the phone. After finally receiving the order, I realized I didn't need all of them. I took back two of panels in person at the store in Burlington. I paid $49.99 plus tax for each panel, which meant I was owed $99.98 plus tax. I was refunded a total of $97.00. I GAVE UP, WHAT A DISHONEST COMPANY!
