My wife stopped in for Handles of Captain spice rum.
The shelf was empty.?
She turns to a nearby associate. And ask if there is any in stock. The guy Billy or Jimmy promptly grabbed a fresh case & took 2 handles.
Jimmy or Billy was extremely busy but attended to my wife's request in a professional manner.
Thanks!

I had the BEST experience at this location. Tom taught our class about bar basics. He was fun, energetic, and knowledgeable. Definitely engaged the group. After the class, he was assisting everyone and personable. Mario also went above and beyond to listen to us and recommend amazing liquors to compliment our tastes. I will absolutely return to this store because of the service. Thank you Total Wine!

Total wine is a big place to find hard liquors. The prices always cost more than other liquor stores

Disneyland for those who enjoy adult beverages. Unmatched selection including 12oz cans of Citizen Cider you can't get anywhere else and plenty of unoaked chardonnay (the only kind of white wine I really like). Love having Total Wine in Burlington when it is party time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was just in this Total Wines about half an hour ago and was treated more rudely by a cashier there then I ever have been treated before as a customer—in any store! My wife and I were picking up some items for her birthday tomorrow, we are both in our mid-twenties, and she asked me to pull out her passport as she was putting our items up to be scanned. I grabbed her old passport by accident (she keeps both in her wallet), gave it to the cashier, and she immediately and rudely demanded another form of identification and that it was expired. My wife realized that I must have passed the wrong passport and went to grab her unexpired one while I grabbed my temporary license from my bag. Again before even looking at the ID she immediately and rudely told me off that she couldn’t use that license as it didn’t count. At first I thought there was some mistake—if I can use that license to drive while I wait for the official one to come in then what’s the issue? Again, she rudely interrupted me and continued to talk over my wife and I to refuse to sell us the alcohol. Let’s make this clear—my issue is not being unable to make my purchase. It’s frustrating, but I understand the store naturally has to follow Massachusetts law and if the law states a temporary paper license isn’t enough then I understand. The extreme hostility and attitude from this cashier is what I have a problem with. This was something that could have been explained in a calm and friendly manner; I will be letting friends and family know that unless they enjoy hostility then this store simply isn’t the place to shop.

I was just in total wine about 20 minutes ago with my girlfriend. We were looking for a gift for one of my friends birthdays. I recently turned 21 in July and my girlfriend turned 21 last October. We went to go and taste test some of the Chardonnays, as well as some of the Wine to see which one my friend would prefer. The lady that was helping us was extremely rude in the beginning asking for our IDs as soon as we were right in front of her In an extreme manner and she told my girlfriend that she was not 21. My girlfriend and corrected her saying I was born in 2002. The lady “helping us” then brought both of our IDs upfront and brought them back to us in insinuating that they were both fake and directly told us that they are not drivers license. We both currently have vertical ideas because we got new IDs before we were 21 due to ours expiring on our birthdays. I have never had this issue as well as my girlfriend has never had an issue. I would not recommend total wine to anyone who has a vertical ID because they will call it fake. Total Wine needs a better training strategy or just scan them.

I just want to say thank you to the managers at the Burlington store who stepped up when my friend was experiencing a medical emergency while in the store. Without hesitation, the assistant manager Tom stepped into action and ultimately saved my friends life. We can’t thank you enough for all that you did that day. So grateful that you were steps away in the right moment. ❤️
