I can not say enough positive things about John and Tom’s Collision Repair. He helped me out with a repair to my front headlight assembly after someone sideswiped my car in a parking garage. The repair was completed promptly and expertly. John could not have been nicer or more helpful.

I had a collision and needed a bumper replacement and John/team did an amazing job fixing everything. Not only that John was also guiding me through the process, dealing with the appraiser and explaining me all the details with patience and care. Really great repair company - highly recommended

This is a small shop that takes the time to get the job done right. John was very responsive to contact in person, on the phone, and by e-mail. He actually went out of his way to make some additional repairs as a courtesy, which came as a complete shock. They've won a customer.

I took my RAV4 to John at Tom's Collision (based on a referral from my mechanic) to evaluate a damaged rear bumper. John was super friendly and professional and provided an estimate for the repair later that same day. I accepted the offer and dropped off my car the following week. The repair consisted of a new bumper cover, new bumper bar, and paint work to match the RAV4's existing color. John cautioned me that matching my car's particular paint color may not be perfect, but he'd try to get it as close as possible. A few days later, I received an email from John indicating my car was ready for pickup. To my surprise, the paint color matched perfectly (maybe to a trained professional's eye they may spot a difference, but to me, I can't tell a difference at all)! The work looks fantastic, and I am thrilled with the result. I highly recommend Tom's Collision for your collision repair needs, and if I have a need for collision work in the future (hopefully not!), I'll be calling Tom's Collision right away. Thanks to John for such a great job on my car (and a very quick three-day turnaround time)! Super thrilled!Services: Painting

I didn't fix my car, because the friend who I thought to be willing to be paying the damage he had caused turned out to judge me by taking more than they should pay. But I learned a few things from the owner. He was so helpful and logical. I felt that my car would be safe if he were the one fixing it. He seems knowledgeable in his areas of expertise. Thank you!
