This Paper Store has recently relocated to inside the Burlington Mall.Located right next to Fogo de Chao, this new space is much bigger now which means there's more product to shop! The design of this new location is also clean and very modern feeling. Same as at other locations, you can find jewelry, apparel, toys, greeting cards, and more. I also saw that they offer ear piercing which I've never seen inside of a Paper Store before. Glad they moved to the mall because parking is a LOT easier now.

Love the Paper Store. Could literally spend thousands in there, easy. Especially great to pick up those last minute birthday/ holiday gifts for those hard to shop for family members.

I went in to this Paper Store to Black Friday shop and was disgusted by what happened. My 8 year old picked up a stuffed animal squeezed it's stomach and the thing exploded. Liquid everywhere. All over her, my mother and the surrounding area. My daughter could have gone blind or swallowed the substance. The young girls were wonderful and caring. Unfortunately the elderly woman with "blonde" hair that was the manager said "why was she playing with it when she doesn't own it" in an extremely nasty tone. If you don't want a child to touch a toy don't sell them. That woman was rude and degrading to an 8 year old. I will be calling corporate on Monday because she was also rude to the young girls who went out of their way to make sure my daughter was ok.

Every single time I come in here, there is one very young man holding down this fort. There are never any other staff around. This poor employee never has the answer to any questions or issues. He uses a walkie to seek help from alternative store staff and they never answer him. I look around the store for extra help and cannot find anyone. Sorry Paper Store, I’m done.
