Tried calling the store four times choosing different options and it kept disconnecting after ringing for about 25 seconds each time. I was trying to speak to a store manager to understand why the entire back right section of the store, including the electronics department and the bathrooms smelled like a New York City subway. It might have been one of the most grotesque smells I have ever encountered in a physical retail store. My daughter was forced to go to the cosmetic section and find a sample of perfume to spray herself because the smell from the bathrooms was attached to her clothes. This store is absolutely disgusting.

Very small store with very little to look through. Shelves were not stocked and carts of items were left all over. Employees not caring about questions asked.

the following is a true story....i'm in line at customer service and waiting behind another person who is a black woman and she herself was in back of someone else who was taking a loooooong time at the counter so this woman turns to me and rolls her eyes and i just nodded in recognition of this tedious wait. so now its this woman's turn at the counter and she is returning what looked like some small kid's clothing and the target employee looks at the clothing and asks for a receipt which the customer handed her and the transaction was quick and painless and then the woman turned to me before leaving the counter and told me to have a good day and then left the counter but before it was my turn to step up for my return this tall, dark haired white dude target security guard rushed up to the female target clerk who had just done the return for the black woman and even though they stepped away from me to have their conversation i heard the whole thing. the security guy wanted to see the kid's clothing that the black woman had just returned and the female clerk looked at him weird and told him everything was fine and that the woman had the correct receipt and the clothing still had the tags on them but the security guy then says to her that he wanted to make sure because he had seen this black woman in the store acting ''odd'' just prior to her return and was ''watching'' her so he wanted to make sure the return was legit. but here is where it gets weirder at least to me...this security guy must have seen the black female talking to me (btw, i am black as well) cause he looks at what i'm returning (a mens shirt) and he leans in to me from across the counter and kind of aggressively asks if i knew/was with her........ ''huh?'', i thought, before answering that she was just another customer making chitchat with me while we waited. i wish i had the nerve to tell this security guy it was none of his business whether i knew her or not but i didn't want any potential trouble so i just did my return and left. i was embarassed but the female employee who did my return did say at the end,''i'm sorry about that'' and i just smiled and left. i would like to know what this security dude was thinking? did he think sister and i were together trying to pull something like return fraud? I hope this dude pulls this crap on the wrong person and gets what he deserves but for now i only know one thing for sure..... I WILL NEVER,EVER GO BACK TO THIS TARGET STORE AGAIN!!! oh, and i am reporting this experience to my local naacp just so its on record in case this is a chronic problem at this particular target store..

My go to happy place no more! We moved recently and this target is abysmal. I purchased chocolate milk that expired on 10/2, on 10/21. I am blown away. When I reached out to the app support, all they said to me was they can't do anything about store purchases, which is fine, but I'd think there would be more support. I am not going to reach out locally, my job reporting this is done. I will not be buying groceries from here again. They pretty much have nothing in stock as well. I couldn't find poster board...

not as good as woburn target tbh. do better. but also gotta say -- all purchases slayed. mini supermarket frosted cookies -- slay. mini sherpa pumpkins in orange and white -- slay. dark chocolate covered almonds with sea salt (?) -- slay. small gold cart locker decoration -- slay.

this target is pretty lacking compared to others. the store is just smaller in size, and doesn't have much of a selection in any department

Horrible customer service, just did an order drive up and an employee older short blonde hair with bangs, glasses wore a mask on her chin then started yelling into my car from the trunk announcing my items to the public. Then she scolds me for not clicking I'm on my way when I left my house. Said it's too busy they need to be notified "sooner". Im on my lunch break running other errands o don't have time to drive and go into the target app to tell them im on my way especially if jm 20 minutes away from the location. Ridiculous demands and don't appreciate being talked down to as im picking up my items. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want to be harassed.

This was one of the worst Targets for inventory. They barely had anything I needed, including simple paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Only had one brand choice for hand soap.

Target is one of the best stores i have ever been to.... tomorrow is my birthday and we all went there for shopping and it was a great experience to go to target..... We bought so many things! Im so exicited for my birthday!! I suggest you to go to target.

The customer service at this new target is top notch. I had an issue and the manager, Sarah, came in like a Superhero, and saved the day. Her team was extremely helpful. They are a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

What's up with all the holes in the floor? Is it an aesthetic choice to make drivers comfortable that they have to be on high alert with their shopping carts just like the road they drove on?
